Instructions on how to enter form part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry into this promotion is deemed to be acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.
a. Competition 1: The promotion is open to Australia residents living in Australia aged 18 and above (or under 18 with a legal guardian). The prize will only be delivered in Australia and each winner should allow 14 days from the date of the prize draw for delivery of their prize.
b. Competition 2 and 3: The promotion is open to Queensland residents living in Queensland, Australia aged 18 and above (or under 18 with a legal guardian). The prize will only be delivered in Queensland and each winner should allow 14 days from the date of the prize draw for delivery of their prize.
The Promoter, Glanbia Performance Nutrition Pty Ltd and its related companies, employees and agencies, and the immediate families of all such employees are excluded from entering this promotion.
Each winner will be randomly chosen by the Promoter.
To enter, participants must complete the following to enter each competition:
a. Competition 1: Go to Optimum Nutrition Australia Competition webpage and fill in participants details between 17th – 27th February 2024. There will be 1 winner randomly chosen.
b. Competition 2: Participants to follow @optimumnutrition.ausnz and @worldseriesswims on Instagram and tag a friend in the comments on assigned competition post between 1st – 8th March 2024. There will be 1 winner randomly chosen.
c. Competition 3: Participants to follow @optimumnutrition.ausnz and @worldseriesswims on Instagram and tag a friend in the comments on assigned competition post between 25th March – 1st April 2024. There will be 1 winner randomly chosen.
There are three Promotional Periods from:
a. Competition 1: 6am Saturday 17th February 2024 until 11:59pm Tuesday 27th February 2024 (“Promotional Period”)
b. Competition 2: 6am Friday 1st March 2024 until 11:59pm Friday 8th February 2024 (“Promotional Period”)
c. Competition 3: 6am Monday 25th March 2024 until 11.59pm Monday 1st April 2024 (“Promotional Period”).
There will be three prize winners – one winner per competition. The winners will be notified via email, phone or Instagram direct message within one week of each competition and will be required to confirm their prize by responding with their contact details and location so that the prizes can be organised. In the event a winner cannot be contacted within one week of the prize draw, the prize will be redrawn.
The World Series Swims x Optimum Nutrition Prize:
Travel (where applicable) and competition itinerary will be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
The prize must be taken on the following dates:
Competition 1: 23/03/2024 – 24/03/2024. The prize must be accepted by 05/03/2024.
Competition 2: 23/03/2024 – 24/03/2024. The prize must be accepted by 15/03/2024.
Competition 3: 13/04/2024 - 14/04/2024. The prize must be accepted by 08/04/2024.
If a winner is unavailable or unwilling to travel on the aforementioned dates required by the Promoter to coincide with this event, they will forfeit their right to the Prize and will not be awarded cash or any other alternative in lieu.
The prize for competition 1 is subject to booking and flight availability.
Frequent flyer points will not be awarded and do not form part of the prize.
Spending money, meals, taxes (excluding airline and airport taxes), insurance, transport to and from departure point, transfers, items of a personal nature, in-room charges and all other ancillary costs, unless otherwise specified in the prize description herein, are not included.
The winner and his/her guest are responsible for ensuring that they have valid passports, and any requisite visas, vaccinations, and travel documentation.
Subject to the terms and conditions of the participating prize provider(s), if for any reason the winner does not, once the prize has been booked, take the prize (or an element of the prize) at the time stipulated, then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited and will not be redeemable for cash.
The winner may be required to present their credit card at check in (applicable for competition 1)
Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers.
The winner and his/her guest must depart from and return to the same departure point and travel together (applicable to competition 1)
The winner and guest must be of appropriate fitness and health to participate in any physical activities included as part of the prize (e.g. swimming). If the winner or their guest is not in appropriate physical fitness/health to participate in any of these elements of the prize they should notify the Promoter and not participate.
The prizes require the winner to contact the Promoter in order to book travel.

Total prize pool value is up to $4,700 AUD, including Flights for Competition 1 from an Australian state to Queensland return for the winner and a friend.
If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
A draw for any unclaimed prizes will take place seven days after each competition at the same time and place as the original draw, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. Winner/s in the unclaimed prize draw will be notified in writing. Winner/s of each prize redrawn on 8 days after each original draw, if any, will also be notified by phone from the following day, for a minimum of 5 days.
For all prize draws the Promoter reserves the right to draw the equivalent number of additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn.
If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant's name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
The draw will take place during the months of March and April at Glanbia Performance Nutrition Pty Ltd, by selecting names from an entry box. The winners will be notified via email, phone or Instagram direct message within seven days and will be required to confirm their prize by responding with their contact details and location so the prize can be arranged.
The judge’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrant, and to either allow or disallow any entrant for any reason it sees fit in its absolute discretion. Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means are not eligible to enter the competition.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late or misdirected entries due to technical disruptions, network congestion or for any other reason. The Promoter and its related companies, employees and agencies shall not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) suffered by any person arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with entering this promotion or claiming/winning/using any prize, except as required by law.
The Promoter is not responsible for the transmission or receipt of any incorrect information associated with entries, either caused by user error or any equipment or programming malfunction associated with the promotion.
The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
The Promoter reserves the right to vary any of the terms of entry applying to this promotion or to modify, terminate, suspend or reschedule this promotion.
The Promoter may remove any content that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions and that the promoter deems in its absolute discretion is not in the spirit of the competition. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who submits or uploads any material that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
Entrants warrant and agree that: a) they will not submit, produce, share or distribute any Content that is unlawful or fraudulent, or that the Promoter may deem in breach of any intellectual property, privacy, publicity or other rights, defamatory, obscene, derogatory, pornographic, sexually inappropriate, violent, abusive, harassing, threatening, objectionable with respect to race, religion, origin or gender, not suitable for children aged under 18 or otherwise unsuitable for publication; b)they will obtain prior consent from any person in respect of that person or their property that appears in their Content; c) they will obtain full prior consent from any person who has jointly created or has any rights in the Content, to the uses and terms herein;

You have the right to access your personal information and request correction of any errors in it pursuant to the Privacy Act 1993. The Promoter may use entrants' personal information from entries to conduct the promotion and for its own future promotional and publicity purposes, including posting the winners name and city/town on the Optimum Nutrition Australian website and Social channel pages.
