• Competition is open to new VIP customers only
• Competition entries can be made through the VIP sign up forms on the Watch Depot website.
• Entries are open from 28/02/24 to 24/03/24. Entries received outside the Competition period will not be eligible or accepted.
• Entries that are incomplete, illegible or indecipherable will not be valid and will be deemed void.
• Watch Depot takes no responsibility for entries that are lost, stolen, illegible, misdirected or damaged however caused.
• Submitting an entry constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
• Watch Depot reserves the right to change/ withdraw the competition details at its discretion without prior intimation.
• The Competition is open to Australian residents only.
Prize
• One entrant will have the chance to win one G-Shock GM5600CL-3
• One winner will be drawn at random on Monday 25/03/24. Winner will be notified by phone and/or email. The winner's name may be posted on any property (website, social media accounts, emails etc.) owned by Watch Depot. By participating in this competition, you consent to have your name posted on any marketing materials at the discretion of Watch Depot.
• The prize awarded by the Promoter is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any valuable consideration, in particular for money. Any attempt to sell the prize or attempt to exchange the prize for valuable consideration will result in the cancellation of the prize. The Promoter has the sole and absolute discretion to decide such matters.
• Watch Depot reserves the right to withdraw or change the Terms of the competition at its own discretion without prior intimation.
