SEN – RHEEM BRANDED COOLCABANA GIVEAWAY COMPETITION 2024 Terms & Conditions
The following terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) set out the contest rules for the SEN
Rheem branded CoolCabana Giveaway Competition, held by Sports Entertainment Network Pty Ltd, ABN
63 129 637 378, Level 5, 111 Coventry Street Southbank VIC 3006 (hereinafter referred to as “the
Promotion”) and Rheem Australia (hereinafter referred to as “the Promotional Partner”.

Promotion Period
Start Date: Entrants may register for the
Promotion from the earlier of 5:00pm (AEST) on
Monday 19th February 2024 or whenever the
Promoter’s Website goes live.
End Date: The Promotion Period ends 11:59pm
(AEST) on Sunday 10th March 2024.
Draw Date
Major Prize: The major prizes will be determined
at the Promoter’s Premises on the day that is two
days after the End Date at 2:00pm (AEST). The
Prize winners will be notified via the phone or e-
mail details set out in the contact details
provided in the winner’s registered account by
2:00pm (AEST) on the day after the
determination of the winner of the Prizes.
Minor Prizes: Ten (10) minor prizes will be
determined on or before 5:00pm (AEST) at the
Promoter’s Premises at the completion of the T20
Cricket series.
Redraw Date (if necessary)
Major Prize: If, after making reasonable efforts to
contact the winning Entrant on the contact
details provided in the winning Entrant’s
registered account, the winning Entrant cannot
be contacted by the later of 5:00pm (AEST) Friday
17th March and the day that is 2 days after the
winning Entrant has been notified of his or her
win, then subject to any written directions from a
regulatory authority, the unclaimed Major Prize
will be re-awarded, no later than at 12:00pm
(EAST) on the day that is two days later, to the
runner up Entrant, who will be determined and
then notified as soon as practicable. The runner-
up will be determined using the same process as
that used to determine the original winning
Entrant.
Minor Prizes: If, after making reasonable efforts
to contact the winning Entrant on the contact
details provided in the winning Entrant’s
registered account, the winning Entrant cannot
be contacted by 5:00pm (AEST) on the
Wednesday after the completion of the relevant
Round, the unclaimed minor, weekly Prize will be
re-awarded, no later than at 12:00pm (AEST) on
the day that is two days later, to the runner up
Entrant, who will be determined and then
notified as soon as practicable. The runner-up
will be determined using the same process as
that used to determine the original winning
Entrant.

Who may Enter (Entrants) Residents of Australia who are over the age of 18
at the time of Entry.
How to Enter
During the Competition Period:
Entrants will be invited via on air and/or online
solicitations or via an eDM to visit the Promoter’s
website and complete the online registration
form by providing their contact details (name,
contact phone number and email address), and
registering for SEN Rheem branded CoolCabana
giveaway Competition.
On completion and submission of the online
registration form, Entrants will receive an email
from representatives of the Promoter confirming
their registration for the SEN Rheem branded
CoolCabana Giveaway Competition, at which
point Entrants agree to be contacted by the
Promoter and any third party associated with the
Promotion for the purposes of conducting the
Promotion. For details on how the Promoter may
use your personal information, visit

Entrants must answer the question “In 25 words
or less tell us which cricketer is running hot for
Rheem in the Australia vs New Zealand Test &
T20 series”
Limitations on entries
There is a limit of one (1) entry per Entrant
throughout the Competition Period. Any attempt
by any Entrant to obtain more than one (1) entry
through multiple/different email addresses,
names, phone numbers or addresses will void
that Entrant’s entries and the Entrant will be
ineligible to win the prize as determined at the
Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion.
Prizing
There will be ten (10) x Major Prizes to be won at
the completion of the Promotion, subject to the
Terms and Conditions, namely one (1) x Rheem
branded CoolCabana, as determined by the
Promoter.
The total value of each Rheem branded
CoolCabana is AUD$249 (including GST).
The winning Entrant must provide the Promoter
with all information and documentation
requested and necessary in order to enable the
Promoter to register the Major Prize in the name
of the winning Entrant prior to collection of the
Major Prize. Receipt of the Major Prize is subject
to the winning Entrant being able to lawfully take
possession of the Major Prize and comply with all
registration requirements of the Promotion.
In the event the winning Entrant complies with all
Terms and Conditions, the Major Prize will be
delivered to the winner by way of e-mail within
10 days of the winning Entrant making contact
with the Promoter after notification from the
Promoter that he or she has won the Major Prize.
There will be ten (10) x Minor Prizes to be won at
the completion of the Promotion, subject to the
Terms and Conditions, namely one (1) x Rheem
branded CoolCabana, as determined by the
Promoter.
The total value of each Rheem branded
merchandise pack is AUD$110 for mens and $105
for ladies(including GST).
The Rheem branded merchandise pack will
consist of :
1x Men’s or Women’s budgy smugglers
1x Bucket hat
Sizes available are :
For men’s budgy smugglers we have sizes: 34 (L),
36 (XL) and 38 (2XL) - $65.
For ladies budgy smugglers we have size: 12, 14
and 16 - $60.
Bucket hats come in S or L - $45.
The promotor will endeavor to their best to
provide requests of nearest size.
The winning Entrant must provide the Promoter
with all information and documentation
requested and necessary in order to enable the
Promoter to register the Major Prize in the name
of the winning Entrant prior to collection of the
Major Prize. Receipt of the Major Prize is subject
to the winning Entrant being able to lawfully take
possession of the Major Prize and comply with all
registration requirements of the Promotion.
Total Prize Pool
The Total prize pool value for the Rheem branded
CoolCabana Giveaway competition is $3,600
(including GST)
Prize Fulfilment
All Major & Minor prizes will be fulfilled and
posted out to winners by the promoter Rheem
Australia.
Publication Details Winner/s of all prizes will be published on the
Promoter’s Website from the time of notification
by the Promoter to the winning Entrant for a
period of no less that twenty-eight (28) day
