LIMITATIONS ON ENTRIES
One (1) entry per Instagram account during the Competition Period.
DRAW DETAILS
Entrant will be drawn on the 8th of March 2024 at 9am, and winner will be notified via Instagram on the same day.

There is one combined prize valued at $400, including:

The winner accepts that the Camixa Shirts Gift Card is subject to product availability.
TOTAL PRIZE VALUE
$400AUD in total product and consultation value.
WINNER NOTIFICATION
The prize winner will be notified via Instagram direct message on the 8th of March. The winner will be given codes to redeem their prizes from Camixa’s online store and, name and contacts will be forwarded to Colour Analysis Studio. The winner will be notified by dm and must respond within 7 days or the prize may be re-allocated. Relocation will be based on remaining competition entrants.
PRIZE CLAIM AND DELIVERY
Prizes must be claimed within 6 months of being informed by Camixa and Color Analysys Studio. If the winner does not claim their prize by this time, they will forfeit their prize. The Promoter will not be liable for prizes that are damaged or lost in the mail or not delivered to the winner due to external circumstances outside of Camixa’s control. No compensation or replacement prizes will be offered.
UNCLAIMED PRIZE DRAW
There will be no unclaimed prize draw.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Sponsor: The promoter is Camixa Pty Ltd (Camixa), working in collaboration with Colour Analysis Studio.
Eligibility: Entry is open to residents of Australia, New Zealand and USA aged eighteen years or over only and is void where prohibited by law. This competition is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
Agreement to Rules: By entering the competition, you agree to comply with and abide by these rules and the decisions of the Sponsor.
Entry Period: The competition begins on Friday 1st of March 2024 at 11am AEDT and will run until further notice.
How to Enter: The competition must be entered by following the steps outlined on the competition post on @camixa and on @colouranalysis_studio on Instagram.
Prizes: The winner(s) of the competition will receive the combined prize as detailed above.
Odds of Winning: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The competition is a game of chance an winners are based on random selection.
Winner Selection and Notification: The Winner will be selected by random draw. The Winner will be notified via Instagram direct message on the 8th of March.
Rights Granted by the Entrant: By entering this competition, you grant Camixa and Colour Analysis Studio the right to use your Instagram handle for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation.
Limitation of Liability: By entering the competition, you agree to release and hold harmless Camixa and Colour Analysis Studio from any liability.
Disputes: This competition is governed by the laws of Australia.
Winners List: To request a copy of the winners list, please contact Camixa. Requests must be sent within four (4) weeks of the end of the Entry Period.
