To enter, sign up to the Black Pepper Loyalty Program or redeem your loyalty program voucher between 27th February 2024 and 17th March 2024. Prize is for a $2000 Luxury Escape Holiday voucher. Winner will be drawn at random from all entries received on 19th March 2024. Winner will be notified by phone and email. The winner needs to claim the prize within a 14 day period. If the winner does not respond to calls or emails within this period, a subsequent winner will be randomly chosen. The voucher will be sent to winner by registered post from the 19th March 2024, unless otherwise arranged by the winner. Voucher is not transferable for cash or other gift cards. No refunds will be issued for the value of the voucher if travel plans are cancelled or altered. All costs above the value of the voucher including any change or cancellation fees are the responsibility of the customer. The voucher is valid until 30th March 2025 after which time the voucher will expire. All bookings are subject to availability at the time of booking. All applicable booking terms and conditions apply of the accommodation supplier. This voucher will be deemed fully used once a qualifying booking has been made and confirmed to be available. The voucher will not be reinstated, refunded or replaced, even in the event that the reservation is cancelled or changed. Changes or cancellation may incur charges from Airlines, Hotels or other Suppliers. The customer is responsible to pay any such charges and the voucher cannot be applied to any additional costs associated with changes or cancellations to the original booking requested by the customer. There is no residual value and no credit issued if the booking amount is less than the voucher amount. All taxes, fees, charges and surcharges applicable to the booking, including, without limitation, extra person, phone, parking and other charges are applicable to your reservation, and this voucher cannot be applied to them. These charges must be paid at the time the reservation is confirmed or to the hotel property directly and are the responsibility solely of the customer.
