2. There are two (2) modes of entry into this competition. Multiple entries are allowed. Both modes of entry are detailed below.
FoodWorks Website Entry – how to enter and winner selection process.
3. Entry via the FoodWorks website is open to Victorian, New South Wales, Queensland or Western Australia residents only and must have an Australian residential address. Entrants under the age of 18 must have parental or legal guardian approval to enter.
4. Promotion commences 5.00pm, 18th March (18/03/24) until 11.59pm, 25th March (25/03/24)
5. To enter the draw, an entrant must visit
www.foodworks.com.au/win-darrell-lea-easter and complete the online form with their valid contact information including their full name, email address, state and phone number.
6. All entries via the FoodWorks website will go into the draw and one (1) winner in each state (Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland and Western Australia combined) will be randomly drawn by AUR the following working day. Winners will be notified within 3 days of the competition closing via phone and/or email.
7. This competition is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the winners.

8. Entry via FoodWorks Australia Social Media pages is open to Australian residents only and must have an Australian residential address. Entrants under the age of 18 must have parental or legal guardian approval to enter.

10. To enter the draw, an entrant must visit the FoodWorks AUS Facebook or Instagram page and complete the prompt to enter.
11. All entries via the FoodWorks Aus social media pages will be collated and a winner will be selected by AUR the following working day. Winners will be notified within 3 days of the competition closing via phone and/or email.
12. This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winners.
13. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated
with Facebook and Instagram. Conditions apply.
General Terms
14. Three (4) prizes will be awarded as follows:
a. Victoria – One (1) Darrell Lea Easter Chocolate Pack.
b. New South Wales – One (1) Darrell Lea Easter Chocolate Pack.
c. Queensland/Western Australia – One (1) Darrell Lea Easter Chocolate Pack.
d. Australia wide (Social Media entry) – One (1) Darrell Lea Easter Chocolate Pack.
Each individual prize value up to $150 15. Total prize pool is up to $600.
16. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The winner must take the prize as offered.
17. Australian United Retailers will send the prize by mail with a signature required upon arrival, unless stated.
18. The Promoter is not responsible or liable for any delay or failure in the delivery of the prize by a third party or for any damage caused to the prize during delivery. The prize does not include any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the prize or the set-up costs of the prize, which are the responsibility of the winner.
19. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 working days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
20. Employees of the Promoter or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition, shall not be permitted to enter the competition.
21. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice.
22. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter.
23. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
24. By entering this competition, an entrant indicates his/her acceptance and agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
