TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Information on how to enter and the prize(s) form part of these Terms and Conditions.
Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
3. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, participating retailers and
agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family
means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child
(whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent,
uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
4. Entries into the promotion open on 13 March 2024 and close at 11:59PM AEST on 9
April 2024 (“Promotional Period”).
5. To be eligible to enter, individuals must purchase one (1) bottle of 750ml Grant Burge
from any participating Bottlemart or Sip’n Save store (including online purchases) that
stocks the product and displays material advertising this promotion (“Participating
Store”) during the Promotional Period (“Qualifying Purchase”).
6. To enter, individuals must then visit www.bottlemart.com.au or www.sipnsave.com.au,
depending on where the Qualifying Purchase was made, follow the prompts to the
promotion entry page, input the requested details (including first name, last name,
email address, phone number), upload an image of the Qualifying Purchase receipt
and submit the fully completed entry form during the Promotional Period.
7. Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one entry permitted per
Qualifying Purchase regardless of the number of eligible products purchased in excess
of one (1) in the qualifying transaction; and (b) each entry must be submitted separately
and in accordance with entry requirements.
8. Only one (1) prize is permitted per person (excluding SA residents).
9. Entrants must retain their original purchase receipt(s) for all entries as proof of
purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all entries when requested may,
in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of an entrant’s
entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify
the store of purchase and that the purchase was made during the promotional period
but prior to entry. If the Promoter has reason to believe an entrant has shared any
proof of purchase with another individual, the Promoter may, in its absolute discretion,
invalidate ALL of the entrant’s entries and the entrant forfeits any right to a prize.
10. The Promoter, reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and
entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the
right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to
believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry
process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to
jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be
accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its
rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal
rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.

11. Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
12. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in
its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
13. There will be one (1) draw conducted for the entries received each day of the
Promotional Period, for a total of twenty-eight (28) draws (“Daily Draws”). Subject to
the starting and closing time of the Promotional Period, entries into each Daily Draw
will open at 12:00AM and close at 11.59PM each day based on NSW local time. Each
Daily Draw will take place at Suite 1.24, 90 Bourke Road, Alexandria NSW 2015 at
11:00AM AEST on 23 April 2024. Non-winning entries in each Daily Draw will NOT be
entered into any subsequent Daily Draw(s). If no entries have been received for a Daily
Draw, the prize for that Daily Draw will carry over to the next draw(s) in which the
Promoter has received enough valid entries to award some or all of the prizes.
14. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an
invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn. Winners will be notified in writing and by
telephone within seven (7) days of each Daily Draw and their names will be published
at www.bottlemart.com.au or www.sipnsave.com.au from 29 April 2024.
15. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. The first valid entry drawn in each Daily Draw will win a $300 Akubra voucher
redeemable for purchased made online at https://akubra.com.au/.
17. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the voucher are not included. Any
unused balance of the voucher will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of the
voucher is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified
on the voucher.
18. The Promoter encourages consumers to enjoy responsibly. Legal aged consumers
are advised to consider the safe drinking levels recommended in the National Health
& Medical Research Council Australian Alcohol Guidelines that are available at
www.nhmrc.gov.au. Entry and continued participation in this promotion is subject to
the licensee’s liquor serving policy.
19. Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason a winner does not take /
redeem a prize (or an element of the prize) at/by the time stipulated by the Promoter,
then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited.
20. If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves
the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value
and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
21. Total prize pool value is $8,400.
22. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and
cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.
23. A draw for any unclaimed prizes may take place on 22 May 2024 at the same time and
place as the original Daily Draws, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority.
Winners, if any, will be notified in writing and by telephone within seven (7) days
business days of each Daily Draw and their names will be published at
www.bottlemart.com.au or www.sipnsave.com.au from 27 May 2024.

24. Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the
event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in
any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting
this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured,
distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
25. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as
reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the
Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or
fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent
permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions
from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as
appropriate.
26. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s
responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
27. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit,
exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under
the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the
ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia
(Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be
excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its
respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence),
for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether
direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.
28. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable
Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is
not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal
injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect,
special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or
equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft,
unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late,
lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the
Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any
variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability
incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of a prize.
29. The Promoter may collect entrant’s personal information (including through Liquor
Marketing Group Limited ABN 22 001 440 320 (LMG), or the Promoter's contractors
or agents) and disclose entrant’s personal information to LMG, the Promoter's
contractors and agents to assist in conducting this competition or communicating with
entrants. Entrants consent to the storage of their personal information on the
Promoter’s database and the Promoter may use this information for future promotional
and marketing purposes regarding the Promoter’s products including contacting
entrants via electronic messaging provided that where required by the Spam Act 2003
(Cth), the Promoter includes a functional unsubscribe facility in each direct marketing
communication it sends entrants that they may use to opt-out of any further such
communications and provided that the functional unsubscribe facility complies with the
Spam Regulations 2021 (Cth). Entrants consent to receiving SMS or email messages
from the Promoter that do not contain any functional unsubscribe facility if they relate
primarily to the conduct of this promotoin. Entrants can update their personal
information or request access to the personal information the Promoter holds about
entrants by contacting the Promoter. All correspondence should be to the attention of

the Privacy Officer. A copy of the Promoter’s privacy policy can be obtained from the
Promoter or from the Promoter’s website at www.accoladewines.com/privacy-policy
and contains information about :
(a) how entrants can seek access to the personal information the Promoter holds
about them and seek the correction of such information; and
(b) how entrants can complain about a privacy breach and how the Promoter will
deal with such a complaint; and
For clarity, unless otherwise indicated by the Promoter, the Promoter may disclose PI
to entities outside of Australia (and for a full list of the countries, see the Promoter’s
Privacy Policy to ascertain which countries those entities are located).
30. In addition to the above, entrants' personal information will be collected by LMG.
Personal information will be stored on LMG's database. LMG is bound by the
Australian Privacy Principles in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and their
respective privacy policy which is located at www.lmg.com.au/privacy-policy. LMG's
privacy policy contains information about how the entrant may access, update and
seek correction of the personal information LMG holds about them and how the entrant
may complain about any potential breach by LMG of the Australian Privacy Principles
or any other Australian privacy laws and how such complaints will be dealt with.
Personal information collected from entrants by LMG will not be disclosed to any entity
located outside of Australia.
