With $10,000 in your pocket, the everyday task of grocery shopping transforms from an expensive and annoying task into a thrilling adventure.

The competition runs from the 25th of March until the 6th of April.

One lucky winner will take home the grand prize of $10,000 in grocery gift cards ($5,000 for Coles and $5,000 for Woolworths).
We will also be giving ten runner-up winners each a $250 grocery gift card for either Coles or Woolworths.

Participation in the Promotion

The promotional period is from 10am on Monday 25 March 2024 to 3pm on Saturday 6 April 2024, excluding Friday 29 March 2024 (Good Friday) as the Centre will be closed. The promotional booths will be open to accept Participants from 10am to 3pm daily during the promotional period.
By participating in the Promotion, the Participant agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
Information on all associated advertising and the entry form also forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
To participate in the Promotion, the Participant must be an Eligible Person who makes an Eligible Transaction during the Promotion Period at any Participating Store only.
Participants must make a purchase of $100 or more in one transaction at one Participating Major Store (Coles, Woolworths, Big W, Target, Kmart, Limelight Cinemas) or $30 or more in up to two transactions combined for one entry, during the Promotional period.
There is no limit on the number of times a Participant may participate in the Promotion during the Promotion Period, however a Participant can only receive one Eligible Entry Form per day during the promotional period.
To enter the Promotion, the Eligible Person must during the Promotion Period:
make an Eligible Transaction of $100 or more in one transaction at one Participating Major Store (Coles, Woolworths, Big W, Target, Kmart, Limelight Cinemas) or $30 or more in up to two transactions combined, as full or part payment of the Eligible Transaction.
present Eligible Transaction receipt/s to either booth located inside the Centre and
fully complete the information form which contains the Eligible Person’s Total Spend, Suburb/postcode etc. and
The Promoter (in its sole discretion) has the right to add or to remove from the list of Participating Stores at any time.
The Promotion

The Promotion will be conducted at Morayfield Shopping Centre during the Promotion Period.
Eligibility

The Promotion is only open to Eligible Persons.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the eligibility of any Participant (including a Participant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any Participant who does not comply strictly with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.  If requested by the Promoter, a Participant must provide the Promoter with evidence of eligibility. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
Prizes

There will be 1x major prize of $10,000 worth of Gift Cards ($5,000 in Coles Gift Cards & $5,000 in Woolworths Gift Cards) and 10x runner-up prizes of $250 in Gfit Cards (5x $250 Coles Gift Cards & 5 x $250 Woolworths Gift Cards), with only ONE recipient for each prize. Runner ups will be assigned gift cards at random.
The Prize is not transferable, refundable or exchangeable, no change will be given and cannot be taken as cash.
The entry form draw selection will take place on Monday 8 April 2024 at Morayfield Shopping Centre between 10am and 5pm. Winners do not need to be present for the drawer.
The prize recipient must be 18 years of age or over.
The Promoter may, but is not obliged to, publish the results of the Promotion. By participating in the Promotion, the Participant gives their consent for their personal details to be published in the manner prescribed in this clause if they are the recipient of a prize.
A Participant claiming to be the prize recipient may be required to provide proof of identity and proof of purchase by way of a store receipt.
The Promoter’s decision as to the recipient of a prize is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into in relation to the conduct of the Promotion or otherwise.
Other General Terms

All Promotion entries are the property of the Promoter.
The prize recipient consents to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and voice for an unlimited period and without remuneration for marketing and publicity use, if requested by the Promoter.
The Promoter Entities shall not be liable (including, without limitation, in negligence) for:
any loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered (including, but not limited to, indirect or consequential loss); or
any personal injury suffered or sustained,
during the course of participating in this Promotion or using the prize, except for and to the extent that any liability cannot be excluded by law.

Each Participant indemnifies and keeps indemnified the Promoter Entities against all claims, losses, damages, costs and expenses suffered or incurred by the Promoter Entities or any third parties arising out of the breach of these Terms and Conditions by the Participant, the conduct of the Participant in the Promotion or the use of the Gift by the Participant.
If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law and subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority (if any) to:
disqualify any Participant; and/or
modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion as appropriate.
Privacy

Under the Privacy Act 1998 (Cth), the Promoter must tell Participants when it collects personal information about them and how it plans to use it. If a Participant chooses to enter or take part in the Promotion, the participant will be required to provide the Promoter with personal information about themselves such as the Participant’s name, address, telephone number, email address, the store where the Eligible Transaction was made, how the Participant heard about the Promotion and whether they wished to receive information surrounding future promotions.
The Promoter will collect and use the information which the Participant has provided for the following purposes:
carrying out the Promotion; and
if the Participant has accepted to receive future promotional communications from the Promoter, carrying out marketing and promotions activities including, without limitation, sending newsletters or publications and/or other marketing and promotional material to the Participant about the Promotions or promotional events (whether or not undertaken by or about the Promoter or any other person or organisation) and supplying the information to contractors which assist the Promoter to do this.
By entering the Promotion, a Participant consents to the collection and use of his or her information in the manner outlined in these Terms and Conditions.
If a Participant would prefer that the Promoter does not use the Participant’s details in the away outlined in these Terms and Conditions and/or retain their details, the Participant should contact the Promoter on (07) 5499 4255.
A Participant has the right to access most personal information which the Promoter holds about the Participant. A Participant may contact the Promoter on (07) 5499 4255 to ask for access to the Participant’s information, or if the Participant has a complaint concerning a Participant’s information privacy. The Promoter may deny the participant’s request for access in some circumstances.  If the Promoter does this, it will tell the Participant why.
If a Participant considers that any information that the Promoter holds about the Participant is inaccurate or if at any time the Participant’s details change, the Participant may contact the Promoter on (07) 5499 4255 and the Promoter will take reasonable steps to ensure that such information is corrected. The Promoter will take reasonable steps to keep personal information secure from misuse, loss or unauthorised use or disclosure.
Definitions

“Centre” means Morayfield Shopping Centre, 171 Morayfield Road, Morayfield, Queensland, 4506.

“Eligible Entry” means an entry which complies with the requirements of clause 6.

“Eligible Person” means an individual who:

is a resident of Queensland;
is over 18 years of age
is not a Non-Eligible Person; and
submits an Eligible Entry.
“Eligible Transaction” means an Eligible Person must spend $100 or more in one transaction at one Participating Major Store (Coles, Woolworths, Big W, Target, Kmart, Limelight Cinemas) or $30 or more in up to two transactions combined, as full or part payment of the Eligible Transaction.
Shopping Centre during the Promotion Period.  For the avoidance of doubt, payment for services (e.g. electricity, gas, telephone), registrations (e.g. motor vehicle registration), premiums (e.g. insurance and health fund premiums), rates, subscriptions, deposits or payments to financial institutions or any similar payments (including payments made to Australia Post, lay-by transactions, newsagency and lotteries purchases) will not qualify as an Eligible Transaction.

“Prize” means ‘1 x $10,000 in gift cards + 10 x $250 in gift cards’, as outlined above. Value as determined by the Promoter.

“Non-Eligible Person” means the following:

owners and managers of the Centre;
retailers of the Centre;
suppliers, associated companies and agencies of the Centre;
the employees or contractors of the persons and entities in paragraphs (a) – (c); and
any spouse, child, de facto or any other person living at the same premises as any of the persons mentioned in paragraphs (a) – (d).
“Participant” means any person who participates in the Promotion.

“Participating Store” means any specialty store at Morayfield Shopping Centre featured on the Centre directory available at Centre Management, major stores which include  COLES, WOOLWORTHS, KMART, BIG W, TARGET and LIMELIGHT CINEMAS or Casual Mall Leasing Clients contracted to MFSC during promotion period.

“Promoter” means the Centre, Morayfield Shopping Centre, 171 Morayfield Road, Morayfield, Queensland, 4506.

“Promoter Entities” means the Promoter, all associated companies, advisors and agencies and all those entities’ personnel.

“Promotion” means the opportunity to win one of 1 x $10,000 in gift card prize or 10 x $250 in gift card prizes. Prizes are in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

“Promotion Period” means the period from 10.00am Monday 25 March 2024 to 3pm Saturday 6 April 2024, or such earlier time that all entry forms have been distributed in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
