1. Information on how to enter and the prize details form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in the " Nutrition Warehouse Supplement Awards” Promotion (Promotion) is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. The Promotion commences at 12:01am (AEST) on 27 March 2024 and closes at 11:59pm (AEST) on 11 April 2024 (Promotion Period).
3. The Promoter is Nutrition Warehouse Pty Ltd (ABN 17 128 438 755), of 20 Kohl Street, Upper Coomera Qld 4209 (Promoter).
Eligibility:
4. Entry to the Promotion is open to Australian residents in all eligible states/territories who fulfil the method of entry requirements and are 18 years of age or older. The Promoter is responsible for determining whether a person is an Eligible Entrant in its absolute discretion.
Entry:
5. To enter the Promotion, Entrants must, during the Promotion Period, complete the voting process in the Nutrition Warehouse Supplement Awards at
https://awards.nutritionwarehouse.com.au/ (Eligible Entry).
6. Eligible Entries will be automatically entered into the Draw Period that the vote was completed, and any subsequent draws. Only one (1) entry per Eligible Entrant is permitted during the Promotion.
7. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and Entrants (including an Entrant's identity and age) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the Promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
8. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an Entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the Entrant.
Prize Draws:
9. The Draws will be conducted using computerised random selection. The Draws will take place at Nutrition Warehouse Pty Ltd, 20 Kohl Street, Upper Coomera Qld 4209 at 2.00pm (AEST). Draw Dates are outlined in condition 14 of these Terms & Conditions.
10. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order, in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn.
11. The winners will be notified in writing by email within 2 business days of the draw and their names will be published online at

13. Total maximum prize pool value is $32,000 which is correct at the time of publication. Values are in Australian dollars. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the maximum value of the total Prize pool. If the winner accepts the prize, it will be credited to the winner’s preferred bank account by electronic transfer within 28 days of the applicable Draw Date or via Gift card..
14. Should an entrant’s contact details change at any time between the date on which they enter the Promotion and the Unclaimed Prize Date, that entrant must notify the Promoter of their correct contact details immediately. If for whatever reason the Promoter is unable to contact a winner and/or confirm their address within 3 months of the draw date, then the prize will be unclaimed and forfeited and the Promoter is not obliged to substitute the prize.
15. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
General:
18. Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
19. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including, but not limited to, agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities.
