Circle | Square by Davidov Architects marks a decade of the MPavilion Chair Commission.
To celebrate our 10 year milestone, we’re giving away one chair from our archives to a lucky winner!
To enter the draw, tell us which is your favourite MPavilion chair from the past 10 years, and why.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
MPAVILION 10 – CHAIR COMPETITION
1. The Promoter is: Naomi Milgrom Founda8on (ABN 48 163 501 273) of registered office address: 11
Palmer Parade Cremorne VIC 3121 Australia. The abovemen8oned organisa8on will be hereaNer
referred to as the ‘Promoter.’
2. Employees of the Promoter or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the
compe88on or helping to set up the compe88on shall not be permiTed to enter the compe88on.
3. To enter the compe88on an entrant must submit a completed response to the promoter’s
audience survey.
4. Closing date for entry will be 11:59pm (AEDT) Wednesday 3rd April 2024. ANer this date the no
further entries to the compe88on will be permiTed.
5. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
6. The rules of the compe88on and the prize for each winner are as follows:
• The entrant may only enter the compe88on once.
• The entrant must have answered the ques8ons in full for the entry to be valid.
• The entrant must be a Victorian resident, or have a Victorian postal address.
• The entrant must be subscribed to the MPavilion newsleTer.
7. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the compe88on and these terms and
condi8ons without no8ce in the event of a catastrophe or any other event outside of the Promoter’s
control. Any changes to the compe88on will be no8fied to entrants as soon as possible by the
Promoter.
8. The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third
party connected with this compe88on.
9. No cash alterna8ve to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject
to availability and the Promoter reserves the right to subs8tute any prize with another of equivalent
value without giving no8ce.
10. The winners will be drawn at random at 11 Palmer Parade Cremorne VIC 3121 on Wednesday
10th April 2024.
11. The winner will be no8fied by email 14 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be
contacted or do not claim the prize within 7 days of no8fica8on, the Promoter reserves the right to
withdraw the prize from the winner and to select a replacement winner.
12. The Promoter will no8fy the winner of delivery method, which may require a valid delivery
address.
13. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all maTers to do with the compe88on will be final and no
correspondence will be entered into.
14. By entering this compe88on, an entrant is indica8ng their acceptance and agreement to be
bound by these terms and condi8ons.
15. The compe88on and these terms and condi8ons will be governed by Australian law and any
disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdic8on of the courts of Australia.
16. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and answers in any publicity material. Any personal
data rela8ng to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current
Australian data protec8on legisla8on and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s
prior consent.
18. This promo8on is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with,
Facebook, TwiTer or any other Social Network. You are providing your informa8on to the Promoter
and not to any other party
