HOW TO ENTER
1. Purchase your ticket to the 2024 Nambour Expo online, or get yours at the gate and register your information at the provided stations.
2. Scan your ticket QR CODE at the Clean Offroad site OS169.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The prize is supplied by Clean Offroad (ABN 82 840 745 153). The prize consists of a Daily Prize one (1) Clean
Offroad Mega Pack RRP $338.00 each to be given away at 3:15pm Friday 12th, 3:15pm Saturday 13th, and 3:15pm
Sunday 14th April 2024. Total prize valued at $1,014.00
1. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and is not redeemable for cash or in any other way.
2. To enter the compeƟƟon;
a. Purchase your Ɵcket to the 2024 Nambour Expo online for your unique QR CODE number.
b. Register your QR CODE number with your compulsory details, including full name, email address and
phone number.
c. To validate your entry into the compeƟƟon, scan your QR CODE at Clean Offroad exhibiƟon site at the
2024 Nambour Expo held on 12th - 14th April 2024 at the Nambour Showgrounds, Sunshine Coast,
QLD 4560.
3. The winner of the prize will be noƟfied by phone, and be responsible for arranging the pick up or delivery of
the prize. If delivery is required from Clean Offroad, charges will apply.
4. Entry to the compeƟƟon is free once you have entered the event precinct.
5. Entry to the compeƟƟon is open to persons over the age of 18 years and strictly for Show Patrons only.
Employees of the Promoter, Clean Offroad, Exhibitors, Nambour Showgrounds and their associated
enƟƟes/employees, EMaƩer Technologies Pty Ltd T/As Lüp, and their immediate families are not eligible to
enter.
6. The compeƟƟon will close at 3:00pm sharp (Queensland Ɵme) on Sunday 14th April 2024.
7. Each winning entry for the Daily Prize will be drawn at random between 3:15pm and 4:00pm (Queensland
Ɵme) on Friday 12th, Saturday 13th and Sunday 14th April 2024 at the event. The draw will be witnessed by a
representaƟve of the Promoter and Clean Offroad, along with invited members of the public in aƩendance at
the event.
8. The Promoter and Clean Offroad reserves the right to seek verificaƟon of the winner’s age and idenƟty and
other relevant informaƟon. The Promoter’s decision is final, and correspondence will not be entered into.
9. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter, Clean Offroad exclude all liability
(including negligence or consequenƟal loss), for any loss, damage or personal injury of any nature arising out
of the PromoƟon, including, without limitaƟon, any variaƟon in the value of the prize, any tax liability
incurred by an entrant and any use of the prize.
10. The Promoter, Clean Offroad reserve the right to modify, change, suspend or cancel the compeƟƟon terms
without noƟce.
11. The Promoter consents to Clean Offroad collecƟng personal informaƟon in connecƟon with the PromoƟon
which is passed onto the Promoter. By entering the compeƟƟon, you are consenƟng to the Promoter and
Clean Offroad contacƟng you at a later date for markeƟng and promoƟon purposes.
