1. Purchase your ticket to the 2024 Nambour Expo online, or get yours at the gate and register your information at the provided stations.
2. Scan your ticket QR CODE at the Optivan site OS185.

The prize is supplied by ProtecƟon Brands Pty Ltd (ABN 27 160 443 498). Prize includes: One (1) OpƟVAN Full new vehicle

treatment pack, One (1) Tow vehicle CERFACE Full New Vehicle Kit (Exterior & Interior) OR Tow Vehicle Permagard Full
New Vehicle Kit (Exterior & Interior). Total prize valued at $7,189.00.
1. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and are not redeemable for cash or in any other way.

5. Vehicles must be in thoroughly cleaned by the owner as well as in acceptable condiƟon prior to any applicaƟon.
6. Cleaning costs will not be provided by ProtecƟon Brands.
7. Any pre-exisƟng damage will be noted prior to applicaƟon and will not be covered by our warranty.
8. Any persons who purchase an OpƟVAN pack or product from ProtecƟon Brands during the show and win the prize,
will have their purchase refunded as the prize will replace the purchase.
9. To enter the compeƟƟon;
a. Purchase your Ɵcket to the 2024 Nambour Expo online for your unique QR CODE number.
b. Register your QR CODE number with your compulsory details, including full name, email address and
phone number.
c. To validate your entry into the compeƟƟon, scan your QR CODE at ProtecƟon Brands (OpƟVAN) exhibiƟon
site at the 2024 Nambour Expo held on 12th - 14th April 2024 at the Nambour Showgrounds, Nambour,
QLD 4560.
10. The winner of the prize will be noƟfied by phone, and be responsible for arranging the pick up or delivery of the
prize. If delivery is required from ProtecƟon Brands (OpƟVAN), charges will apply.
11. Entry to the compeƟƟon is free once you have entered the event precinct.
12. Entry to the compeƟƟon is open to persons over the age of 18 years and strictly for Show Patrons only. Employees
of the Promoter, ProtecƟon Brands (OpƟVAN), Exhibitors, Nambour Showgrounds and their associated
enƟƟes/employees, EMaƩer Technologies Pty Ltd T/As Lüp, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
13. The compeƟƟon will close at 2:45pm sharp (Queensland Ɵme) on Sunday 14th April 2024.
14. The winning entry will be drawn at random between 3.00pm and 4.00pm (Queensland Ɵme) on Sunday 14th April
2024 at the event. The draw will be witnessed by a representaƟve of the Promoter and ProtecƟon Brands
(OpƟVAN), along with invited members of the public in aƩendance at the event.
15. The Promoter and ProtecƟon Brands (OpƟVAN) reserves the right to seek verificaƟon of the winner’s age and
idenƟty and other relevant informaƟon. The Promoter’s decision is final, and correspondence will not be entered
into.
16. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter, ProtecƟon Brands (OpƟVAN) exclude all
liability (including negligence or consequenƟal loss), for any loss, damage or personal injury of any nature arising
out of the PromoƟon, including, without limitaƟon, any variaƟon in the value of the prize, any tax liability incurred
by an entrant and any use of the prize.
17. The Promoter, ProtecƟon Brands (OpƟVAN) reserve the right to modify, change, suspend or cancel the compeƟƟon
terms without noƟce.
18. The Promoter consents to ProtecƟon Brands (OpƟVAN) collecƟng personal informaƟon in connecƟon with the
PromoƟon which is passed onto the Promoter. By entering the compeƟƟon, you are consenƟng to the Promoter
and ProtecƟon Brands (OpƟVAN) contacƟng you at a later date for markeƟng and promoƟon purposes.
