Up for a birds eye view of Kyogle’s spectacular National Parks and surrounds?
To celebrate Primex Field Days 40th anniversary we will be giving away a scenic helicopter flight for two.
Taking off from the Primex event on 18th May, you will be taken over the amazing Border Ranges National Park. Enjoy uninterrupted views of the Pinnacle lookout and over the World Heritage-listed rainforest, the crater escarpment, Wollumbin (Mount Warning) and the Tweed Valley. Your scenic flight will then bring you back to the Primex event where you can carry on enjoying the expo. Total flight time is 50 minutes.

Terms and Conditions
1. There is one ride to give away, for adults aged over 18 years. The winner/s will be notified by SMS, mobile and/or email.
2. By entering, you are agreeing to be added to the Up For It Kyogle database, you can unsubscribe at any time.
3. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of the Terms and Conditions of entry. Entry into this competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. There is one prize available, valid for adults aged over 18.
4. The prize includes:
• Flight for two taking off from Primex Field Days event at 8.30am on 18th May 2024.
• Passengers must be aged 2+yrs, with a combined total weight of 260kg max and individual maximum weight of 136kg.
5. The prize is valued at approximately $1200
6. The prize is valid only for 18 May 2024. If the entrant is unable to travel on these dates, the prize cannot be transferred to another individual.
9. The winner will be chosen by random draw from all website entries via visitkyogle.com.au
10. The prize includes only what is specified in the prize package outlined in the terms and conditions and does not include any additional items such as medical or any other insurance.
11. Two (2) attempts will be made by Kyogle Council to notify the winner. If the winner does not respond within one (1) week, an alternative winner will be chosen.
12. The winner may be required to partake in media activity relating to the competition.
13. Gold Coast Helitours may require the winner and guest to present personal or medical details prior to the flight. Compliance with any health or other government requirements is the responsibility of the winner.
13. The value of the prize is accurate as at the commencement of this promotion.
14. Kyogle Council accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize after this date.
15. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any other reference to this competition, these Terms and Conditions prevail.
17. Subject to the Terms and Conditions of participating prize providers, if for any reason a winner does not, once the prize has been accepted, arrive for the scenic ride at the time stipulated, then the prize will be forfeited and will not be exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash.
18. Kyogle Council and/or any employees, contractors and agents or employees of their contractors and agents, and companies providing prize elements, reserves the right to refuse to allow the winner or their companion to take part in the scenic ride, if it determines, in its absolute discretion, that a either is not in the mental or physical condition necessary to be able to safely participate in the flight. The winner and their companion may be required to sign a legal release and/or other documentation in a form determined by Gold Coast
Helitours in its absolute discretion.
19. The winner accepts their prize at their own risk. To the full extent permitted by law neither Kyogle Council, and/or any of their employees, contractors and agents or employees of their contractors and agents, and companies providing major prizes for the promotion, will not be held liable for any liability/ loss/ damage/ expense/ death/ personal injury suffered or incurred or any dispute (including, but not limited to, direct/indirect/consequential loss) arising out of, or in connection with, this promotion, the provision of prizes, use or participation in such prizes or promotion of this competition.

21. Who may enter
a. Only the person who entered the competition may be awarded the prize.
b. Entrants may not be employees of, or contractors to, the promoter or any of its agencies involved with this competition.
c. Entrants must be currently residing in Australia, and over 18 years of age.
22. Special conditions
20.1 The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
