1. Overview
This MECCA x Dyson Mother's Day Giveaway competition (Competition) is promoted by MECCA Brands Pty Ltd (ABN 11 077 859 931) (we, us or our).
This Competition will be conducted via Instagram (Social Media Platform).
By entering this Competition, all entrants (you or your) agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (Terms) and our privacy policy. Any breach of these Terms or our privacy policy may result in disqualification from the Competition.
Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these Terms. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and any other reference to this Competition, these Terms prevail.
The Competition:
begins at 9am Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) on 10 May 2024; and
ends at 11:59pm AEST on 12 May 2024
This Competition is a game of skill. You are required to demonstrate skill, talent, creativity and imagination in your entry.
To enter the Competition, you must, during the Promotion Period:
locate the post about this Competition on our Instagram @meccabeauty (Post);
publish a comment on the Post tagging a friend or family member and telling us why they deserve to win a Dyson Airwrap.
You need an account on the Social Media Platform to enter the Competition.
This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with the Social Media Platform.
Your profile settings on the Social Media Platform must be set to public. Any entry submitted using a private profile setting will be invalid.
You may submit multiple entries, provided:
each entry is unique; and
you are only entitled to win 1 prize.
We will not accept entries submitted after the end of the Promotion Period.
The time of each entry will be the time and date of your entry, as displayed on the Social Media Platform.
We may, at any time:
verify the validity of entries and entrants (including your identity, age and place of residence); and
disqualify any entrant whose entry is not in accordance with these Terms or who otherwise tampers or interferes with the entry process.
Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be invalid at our discretion.
We are not responsible for incorrect, incomplete, lost, late or misdirected entries.
If there is a dispute as to your identity or details, we reserve the right, acting reasonably, to determine your identity or details and our determination is final.
There are 3 prizes to be won.
Each prize consists of 2 x Dyson Airwrap™ Multi-Styler Complete Long Ceramic Pop 3.78kg valued at AUD$799 (inclusive of GST) each (Prize).
The total prize pool value for this Competition is AUD $4,794 (inclusive of GST).
Prize values are based on the recommended retail prices in Australia on 28 March 2024.
We accept no responsibility for any change in prize value on the date the prize is redeemed. We reserve the right to substitute the Prize (or part of the Prize) to a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any legal or regulatory requirements.
