Terms & Conditions:

Competition commences Monday 6th May 2024 at 5:30AM AEST.
Competition concludes Friday 26th May 2024 at 11:59PM AEST or whenever the prize
has been awarded.

The Promoter reserves the right to:
(i) amend the contesting period at its absolute discretion including to close
the competition within the Competition Period;
(ii) terminate the competition subject to any direction from a regulatory
authority.
8. Entry
Restrictions
a) Entrants must be 18 years of age or over at the time of entry.
b) Entrants may only enter once and only one prize can be won per person per
competition.
c) Promotions are not open to any person, including Australian residents,
entering the competition from outside of Australia.
d) Entrants acknowledge that they must be contactable by the Promoter in order
to be successful. Entrants unable to be contacted in accordance with these
terms for any reason will forfeit their prize / opportunity.
e) Entrants who provide incorrect, misleading or fraudulent information are
ineligible in the promotion and all entries of an entrant who is deemed by the
Promoter to have provided incorrect or misleading information may, at the
discretion of the Promoter be deemed invalid.
f) Entrants may be required to sign a legal indemnity form prior to accepting any
prizes.
g) Entrants must obtain consent from their Workplace Manager to enter the
promotion on behalf of their nominated workplace. Entrants without consent
will forfeit their entry.
h) Entrants must be a resident in QLD
i) Entrants and their nominated workplace must be available for the Street
Team to deliver their prize between Monday 27th May – Friday 7th June 2024
between 8am-12pm AEST. Entrants and their nominated workplace that are
unavailable will forfeit their entry.
II. must ensure they have written permission and specific approval from their
site manager or employer/business owner (as applicable) for the Promoter to enter the
worksite/premises to conduct the Prize on one of the above dates at the discretion of
the Promoter.
III. must be able to provide safe and adequate space within their
worksite/workplace to accommodate the Prize to a minimum size of 3m x 3m
IV. grant to the Promoter and Energy Australis a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty
free licence to capture audio, photos, video and entry materials for the purposes of
conducting the competition and for marketing and promotional purposes.
9. How to enter Online entry plus 25 word answer:
During the Competition Period:
(a) listeners will be invited via Station on-air commercials, announcer solicits, or
via social media to visit the Station Website(s) and complete the online entry
form by providing their contact details and by stating in 100 words or less:
“how they stay safe on their workplace?”
(b) Each entry submitted in the above specified competition period will be
individually reviewed by representatives of the Promoter.
(c) The Promoter will select 1 winner per station that it believes, based on valid
registrations received :
a. meet the entry restrictions
b. have an appeal for radio;
c. are available to receive prize on delivery date;
d. are consistent with the Station’s style;
e. personality, authenticity, uniqueness, etc; and
f. suitability for the promotion, including for example competitiveness.
(d) The Promoter will select one (1) entry per station over the contesting period
that it deems to be the “best” (in its absolute discretion) based on the above
criteria from all valid entries received within the time period specified to
receive a prize.
(e) The entry deemed the “best” will be awarded the prize.
(f) The winner will be the entrant’s nominated workplace.
(g) The Station may use the entrants and their stories live on air in connection
with the Promotion over the specified Competition Period.
Promoter in its absolute discretion may invite entrants to air to talk about
their entry. If an entrant is invited to speak on air this does not deem him/her
as a winner. The Promoter in its absolute discretion has the right to share
entrants’ stories online and via its social media platforms.
(h) The Station may contact entrants and their workplace Manager Contact to ask
further questions about their entry. If entrants receive a call or are put to air
this does not mean that they are the deemed winner.
(i) The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to refrain from
broadcasting any call.
10. Limitation on
entries
Limitations on entries are as follows:
(a) Entrants may only submit one entry into the competition on behalf of
themselves
(b) Any additional entries will be automatically void by the Promoter.
If any duplicate entries are received from the same Entrant these will be removed or
deleted prior to the final draw or judging being conducted.

12. Judging Criteria After the close of entries, each valid entry will be individually judged (by
representatives of the Promoter) based on, among other things, creativity, humour,
suitability for radio and alignment with staying safe on workplace messaging.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

14: Prize Details There is one (1) prize to be won per station for one (1) winner.
PRIZE:
- Street Team from station to deliver beverages and food to Nominated winning
workplace for a ‘Tools Down’ Break valued at $1000.
If an Entrant is deemed a winner, they will receive one (1) prize only.
Prizes awarded are subject to availability and are at the complete discretion of the
Promoter.
All prizes are non-transferable. Any prize that is found to be for sale or on-sold will be
cancelled and will not be reissued.
No refund or exchange will be given for any prize.
