The Winner or the Winner’s Nominee must show proof of their current unrestricted Australian Drivers Licence upon Promoter’s request.

If the Winner does not hold a current Australian Driver Licence, the Prize Winner must nominate a person, who holds an unrestricted Australian Driver’s Licence, to claim the Prize. If the Winner or the Winner’s Nominee does not provide proof of a current, unrestricted Australian Driver Licence and other valid Entry requirements as deemed by the Promoter or Sponsor, the Prize will be forfeited in full, and the Winner will have no further claim. A re-draw judging will be held to award the Prize to a valid entrant.
