PRIZE: The Game will take place in Gold Coast, QLD week commencing 12/08/2024. In order to participate in the Game, if the drawn Participant resides outside of QLD, they will receive two (2) return economy airfares from their nearest capital city in Australia to Gold Coast, QLD and three (3) nights twin share minimum 4-star accommodation valued at up to $3,900 depending on point of departure. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, its related entities, Participating Stores, any prize drawers and any agencies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex- spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
Entry
1. To enter, each Eligible Entrant must, during the Promotional Period:
(a) spend $25 or more in a single transaction on any Wild Turkey product/s from a Participating Store
during the Promotional Period (“Qualifying Transaction”);
(b) visit the Promotion Website and follow the prompts to the entry page;
(c) input the requested details (first name, last name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, full address, and state/territory of residence);
(d) agree to the Terms and Conditions and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy; and then
(e) submit the full completed entry form.
2. Eligible Entrants must retain the original receipt for their Qualifying Transaction as proof of purchase and produce this within seven (7) days of a request by the Promoter. Failure to do so may, in the sole discretion of the Promotor, result in invalidation of the entrant’s entry and forfeiture of any right to a prize.
3. Entries which in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter:
(a) are received outside the Promotional Period;
(b) contain defamatory, offensive or inappropriate content or infringe intellectual property rights; (c) are incomplete or indecipherable; or
(d) do not otherwise comply with these terms,
will be invalid and ineligible for any prize.
4. Only one (1) entry permitted per Qualifying Transaction, regardless of the amount spent on Wild Turkey products in excess of $25. Each entry must be submitted separately. A maximum of two (2) entries per person per day is permitted.
Draw
5. The Draw will be conducted at Anisimoff Legal, 3 Amy Close, Wyong NSW 2259 at 2:00pm (AEST) on 24/07/2024, by way of a random draw.
6. An independent scrutineer will observe the Draw process.
7. The first valid entry randomly drawn will win that Eligible Entrant (“Participant”) the opportunity to play a contingency game (“the Game”) for the chance to win the major prize (“Major Prize”), as set out below.
8. The next one hundred (100) valid entries randomly drawn will each win a minor prize (each a “Minor Prize Winner”), as set out below.
9. The Promoter may at any time (including after the Promotional Period), verify the validity of entries and entrants and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter reasonably believes has breached any of these terms, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the Promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
10. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter may, in its sole discretion, determine the identity of the entrant.

14. If the Major Prize winner is, through any legal incapacity or otherwise, unable to register the car in their own name, then the Major Prize Winner may assign the car to another person (who consents to such assignment) with legal capacity for the purposes of registration. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any such arrangements between the Major Prize Winner and the assignee. The Major Prize Winner must provide the Promoter with certified copies of all required documentation as required by the Promoter before the car is awarded. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the Major Prize Winner may be required to sign a legal release in a form to be determined by the Promoter in its discretion.
15. The Consolation Prize consists of $10,000 cash awarded in the form of a cheque made out in the Consolation Prize winner’s name or via EFT into the Consolation Prize winner’s nominated bank account. In the event that the Consolation Prize is to be awarded via EFT, the Consolation Prize winner is responsible for providing their full and accurate bank details. The Promoter will not be responsible for incorrect details being provided, a banking institution rejecting an EFT payment, or any costs associated with locating any lost monies.
16. The Minor Prize Winners will each receive one (1) Wild Turkey branded JBL Flip Essentials 2 Speaker valued at $120.
17. Total prize pool value is up to $393,513.
18. All taxes (excluding GST) and any ancillary costs which may be payable as a consequence of receiving a Prize are the sole responsibility of the Winner.
19. If a Prize is unavailable, the Promoter in its absolute discretion, may substitute a Prize (or a component of a Prize) with a prize of equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority. Other than this, a Prize is not transferable or exchangeable, and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.
20. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained (even if caused by negligence) as a result of accepting and/or using a Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
21. Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason the winner does not take/redeem the prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize will be forfeited.
Notification of Winners
22. The Major Prize winner will be notified in writing and by telephone within two (2) days of the Draw. Minor Prize winners will be notified in writing within five (5) business days of the Draw. Their names will also be published at

23. The Promoter will retain all unclaimed Prize(s) for one (1) month from the date of the Draw. If a Prize is not claimed within this time, the Promoter will re-draw another winner for the unclaimed Prize on 19/08/2024 at the same time and place as the original Draw, by way of a random draw (“Re-draw”), subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. In the event the prize determined as a result of the Game is unclaimed, the same prize that resulted in the Game will be awarded in the Re-Draw.
24. Winners of the Re-draw will be contacted in writing and by telephone within five (5) business days of the Re-draw. Their name will also be published at
https://promotions.wildturkeybourbon.com/ on 21/08/2024. Winner(s) of Re-drawn Prizes must claim their Prize within one (1) month of the Re-draw.
25. The Prizes will be delivered free of charge to the Winners (or Re-draw winners) at the address nominated on their entry form.
Privacy
26. The Promoter will collect, use and disclose Eligible Entrants’ personal information to conduct and manage the Promotion in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at

The Promoter may also use Eligible Entrants’ personal information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes for any of the Promoter’s products, including sending electronic messages to, or telephoning, any entrant. Eligible Entrants may opt out of such marketing messages at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link contained in the message. The Privacy Policy also contains information about how Eligible Entrants may update or correct their PI, how Eligible Entrants may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with. All entries become the property of the Promoter. Unless otherwise indicated by the Promoter, the Promoter may disclose PI to entities outside of Australia (for a list of the countries, see the Promoter’s

Privacy Policy), and cannot guarantee that any overseas recipient will not breach the Australian Privacy Principles. By entering the promotion Eligible Entrants consent to the overseas transfer on these terms as permitted by the Australian Privacy Principles and agree that the Promoter is not liable in this regard.
27. Eligible Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a Winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting the Promotion and any of the Promoter’s products.
Miscellaneous
28. The Promoter encourages consumers to enjoy liquor responsibly. Consumers of legal drinking age are advised to consider the safe drinking levels recommended in the National Health & Medical Research Council Australian Alcohol Guidelines (available at
www.nhmrc.gov.au).
29. If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter including technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter may, to the extent permitted by law:
(a) disqualify any entrant; or
(b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion or modify the Prize, as appropriate.
Nothing in these terms limits, excludes or modifies (or purports to do so) any non-excludable guarantees or warranties under consumer law (Non-Excludable Guarantees). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion.
30. Except for the Non-Excludable Guarantees and any other liability that cannot by law be excluded, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) will not be responsible and excludes all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury or loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of:
(a) the Promotion and/or the taking or use of the Prize;
(b) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction outside of the Promoter’s reasonable control;
(c) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
(d) any late, lost, altered or misdirected entries due to any reason beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control;
(e) any tax liability incurred by a Winner or Eligible Entrant;
(f) if the Game is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter;
(g) any variation in prize value to that state in these Terms and Conditions; and/or
(h) any damage to or delay in transit of the Prize during delivery,
except to the extent caused or contributed to by the Promoter.
