1. The Promoter
CW Media PTY LTD ACN 606 548 298, 6 Albert Street Preston, Vic 3072, on behalf of the CW Management Pty Ltd ACN 606 514 390 and Epharmacy Group Pty Limited ACN 110 869 059 (“Promoter”).
2. Terms of Entry
(a) Competition entries can be made from 00.01am AEST on Thursday 27 June 2024 until 11.59pm AEST on Wednesday 24 July 2024 (‘Competition Period’) through the Promoter’s websites:

(c) Entries that are incomplete, illegible or indecipherable will not be valid and will be deemed void.
(d) Entry is conditional upon entrants purchasing any 2 or more products during the Competition Period from the Sally Hansen range in one transaction in-store or online at Chemist Warehouse, My Chemist or E-Pharmacy and providing proof of such transaction in the form of a valid purchase receipt number and entering online via the above websites.
(e) The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries that are lost, stolen, illegible, misdirected or damaged however caused.
(f) Submitting an entry constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
(g) Multiple entries by eligible entrants are accepted, subject to entrants holding multiple proofs of purchase with different valid purchase receipt numbers, subject to the following conditions:
(i) only one entry allowed per day during the Competition Period; and
(ii) each receipt must evidence a single transaction referred to in paragraph 2(d).
3. Who May Enter
(a) The Competition is open to Australian residents over 18 years of age.
(b) The Competition is not open to:
(i) Employees of the Promoter.
(ii) Parties to whom the Promoter has contracted work in relation to this Competition;
(iii) Parties who are otherwise directly involved with this Competition; and
(iv) Any immediate family members of any of the abovementioned parties.
4. Prize
(a) The major prize winner will receive:
· 4 x Return Economy Flights for 2 adults and 2 children from the nearest capital city to the Competition winner to Los Angeles in the United State of America (USA).
· 5 nights shared accommodation for 2 adults and 2 children. (4 star hotel minimum)
· VIP Universal Studios Family Pass.
· GoCar Sightseeing Tour.
· Helicopter Sightseeing Tour.
· High Ropes and Rock Wall Climb Experience.
· $1000 AUD spending money – transferred to the Competition winner’s nominated Australian bank account by EFT.
(b) Total prize value is up to $21,000 AUD.
(c) Prize terms and conditions:
· Prize has no cash alternative, is non-transferable and non-refundable.
· Prize not available during USA or Australian Public / National holiday periods.
· Prize can not be taken between 15 December 2024 – 30 January 2025 or 11 April – 28 April 2025.
· Travel dates must be confirmed by the Competition winner within 45 days of them being notified they have won. The Competition winner must provide three choices of available travel dates.
· Travel must have taken place within 12 months of the Competition winner being notified that they have won the Competition.
· The Competition winner must select 3 individuals, being one adult aged over 18 years of age and two children aged under 18 years of age or three children under 18 years of age (Travelling Companions).
· The Competition winner must be over 18 years of age.
· All elements of the prize are subject to availability at time of booking.
· Accommodation is based on 4 people sharing 1 hotel room.
· A valid credit card must be presented at hotel check in for incidentals.
· Tickets are non-transferable (i.e. no name changes allowed). Once tickets are issued, they are non-endorsable and non-transferable. Any alterations to confirmed flights and/or accommodation details will be at the expense of the Competition winner. All components of the Prize must be fulfilled at the same time, and they cannot be split across different time periods. Any changes by the Competition winner made to the specified prize package (including travel extensions, additional guests, etc) will be subject to an administration fee of $250 excluding GST and the cost of those changes, which must be settled in full prior to booking confirmation.
· Individual supplier terms and conditions apply. Once the prize has been arranged, any changes to the travel, flights, accommodation or scheduling arrangements are at the expense of the Competition winner.
· Flights: Flights are economy class and may be indirect. The airline’s Conditions of Carriage apply to all flights. The Competition winner and the Travelling Companions must travel at the same time and are responsible for transport from their residence to their nearest Capital City Airport in Australia. The Competition winner and their Travelling Companions will be responsible for making their way to and from their departing Australian airport.
· Airline, flight route and dates of travel are subject to the Promoter’s absolute and final decision.
· The Competition winner and their Travelling Companions will be responsible for the transfers to and from their accommodation and Los Angeles Airport.
· The Competition winner and their Travelling Companions travel at their own risk and, if for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including war, terrorism, state of emergency, pandemic, or any other kind of disaster, tampering or computer virus, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion or suspend, substitute or modify a prize, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.
· The Competition winner and their Travelling Companions must follow any Covid-19 conditions and restrictions which may apply, but not limited to, travel, hotel and events. The Competition winner and their Travelling Companions must adhere to USA conditions and restrictions at the time of travel. This may include, but not limited to, mask wearing and Proof of Vaccination Certificate Presentation.
· If visiting the USA for less than 90 days, the Competition Winner and their Travelling Companions may be eligible for the Electronic System for Travel Authorisation (ESTA) and be able to enter under the Visa Waiver Program. If they are not eligible, they will need a visa. Each traveller, including children, must have their own ESTA and visa waiver, or visa.
· The Competition winner and their Travelling Companions must obtain their own ESTA and visa waiver, or visa, travel insurance and proof of insurance and eligibility to enter the USA must be provided before tickets are issued.
· During the entire duration of the prize, a nominated parent/guardian must accompany any person under 18 years of age.
· The Competition winner and their Travelling Companions are responsible for ensuring that they have valid passports.
· Frequent flyer points will not form part of the prize.
· The Competition winner and their Travelling Companions must provide their body weight for the helicopter sightseeing tour.
· The minimum age for the GoCar Sightseeing Tour is 7 years of age. Whilst the minimum age for an individual to be a driver on the GoCar Sightseeing Tour is 21 years of age with a valid driver licence.
· The minimum age for the High Ropes and Rock Wall experience is 8 years of age.
The minimum age to participate in the VIP Universal Studios experience is 5 years of age.
5. Selecting the Winner
(a) This is a game of chance. The Competition winner will be randomly selected by the Promoter using automated online software at 3:00pm AEST on Thursday 25 July 2024.. The Competition will be drawn at 6 Albert Street, Preston VIC 3072.
(b) The Promoter will notify the Competition winner by SMS or email by 5.00pm AEST on Thursday 25 July 2024. Whilst the Promoter will use its best endeavours to contact the winner within the abovementioned time, the decision not to award an entrant who cannot be contacted a prize is at the sole and absolute discretion of the Promoter, and can be made at any time after the Competition winner has been selected.
(c) Subject to paragraph 5(b), if within one month after the determination of the winner of the Competition, the prize (other than a prize consisting of perishable goods) has not been claimed by the winner, the Promoter will take reasonable steps to deliver the prize to the prize winner.
(d) If a decision not to award a prize is made under paragraph 5(b),, the Promoter will re draw on Monday 26 August 2024 at 10.00am AEST at 6 Albert Street, Preston VIC, 3072 and publish these details on the below sites on Monday 26 August 2024 by 5:00pm AEST. The re drawn winner will be notified in writing within 7 days.

(f) Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason a winner does not take/redeem the prize (or an element of the prize) at/by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited.
(g) The Promoter must contact the Competition winner within 7 days of the prize being drawn to facilitate travel arrangements and flight bookings.
6. Publication of winner’s details
· The Promoter will publish the Competition winners on the following websites on Friday 28 June 2024 and that information shall remain posted there for at least 28 days.

(a) In accordance with the Privacy Act (1988) (Cth), the Promoter notifies entrants that entry to the Competition involves the collection of personal information about entrants, such as their name, address, mobile phone number and email address. This is collected for the purpose of establishing eligibility, carrying out the Competition and notifying the winner. If the information is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the Competition. Entrants’ personal information may be disclosed to State Lottery agencies and the winner’s name published as required under the relevant lottery legislation.
(b) Each entrant consents to the Promoter using their personal information provided in connection with their entry, for the purposes of undertaking any investigation in connection with verifying the identity of an entry or any suspected tampering.
(c) Each entrant consents to the Promoter and its authorised licensees using the entrant’s name, likeness, image and/or photograph and voice in the event that they are the winner, in any media for an unlimited period of time, without remuneration or compensation, for the purposes of promoting the outcome of this Competition.
8. Discontinuation of the Competition or Disqualification of an Entrant
(a) Subject to State legislation; the Promoter reserves the right to discontinue the Competition at any time and in its sole and absolute discretion may cancel, terminate or modify the Competition without the need to provide compensation to entrants or attempted entrants.
(b) The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with (or whom the Promoter reasonably suspects has tampered with) the entry process or the winner selection process or who has otherwise been misleading or fraudulent in the course of the Competition.
9. Exclusion of Liability
(a) The Promoter makes no representation nor provides any warranties as to the quality or suitability of the prizes offered.
(b) The Promoter is not responsible for any losses associated with any change to the value of the prize offered.
(c) To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss suffered or sustained by any person or to personal property including, but not limited to, consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by the Promoter or its servants or agents, in connection with the arrangements for the supply of any goods or services by any person to the prize winner and where applicable, to any person or persons accompanying the prize winner.
(d) The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications arising from a winner receiving a cash prize and the entrant must seek their own independent financial advice. If, for GST purposes, this promotion results in any supply being made for non-monetary consideration, entrants must follow the Australian Taxation Office’s stated view that where the parties are at arm’s length, goods and services exchanged are of equal GST inclusive market values.
(e) The Promoter’s decision on all matters relating to this Competition will be final.
(f) The Promoter is under no obligation to provide reasons for any of its decisions.
(g) The Promoter is under no obligation to engage in any form of correspondence whatsoever with entrants or purported entrants, or their representatives, in any matters relating to the Competition.
(h) Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the non excludable consumer guarantees under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other non excludable implied warranties under the Fair Trading Act or similar consumer protection laws in the State and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”).
(i) Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion. Without limiting that, under no circumstances will the Promoter have any liability for or in relation to:
(i) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control);
(ii) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
(iii) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter;
(iv) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions;
(v) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or
(vi) use of a prize.
(j) The laws of Australia apply to this promotion to the exclusion of any other law. Entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
