Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older at the time of submitting an entry, be a resident of Australia or New Zealand, be a Disney+ subscriber with an active entitlement at the time of entry and as of the Selection Date, not be ineligible under clause 4 of the Standard Terms and Conditions and must not have breached these Terms and Conditions. By “resident” we mean Australian or New Zealand citizens and permanent residents.
How to Enter:
During the Competition Period, eligible entrants must:
i. Go to the competition page located at
https://signup.disney.com.au/disney-plus-perks-d23-competiti... (the “Competition Page”); and
ii. Enter their contact details including first name, last name, postcode, phone number and email address on the Competition Page as directed;
(the “Entry”).
Failure to include all of the above mentioned information will result in the Entry being deemed invalid.

Entry Limits
One (1) per person. Each person is eligible to win one (1) prize, subject to state legislation.

Prize Details
There will be one (1) prize to be won as follows:
o A trip for up to two (2) adults (one of which is the winner) (together, the “Group”) travelling together on the same itinerary to Anaheim, California, from Wednesday 7 August – Wednesday 14 August 2024, including:
o Two (2) days entry to the D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event in Anaheim, California on 9 & 10 August 2024 for the Group, valued at up to AUD$1000;
o Return economy class airfares for the Group departing from the major international airport closest to the winner’s residence in Australia or New Zealand (“Departure Airport”) on Wednesday 7 August 2024 and arriving in Los Angeles International Airport (“LAX”), with possible layovers (airport and flights to be selected by Disney in its sole and absolute discretion), and returning from LAX to the Departure Airport on Wednesday 14 August, including
airfare related taxes and charges, valued at up to AUD$7,000; o Seven (7) nights 4-star hotel accommodation for the Group
sharing one standard room including room tax at a Disneyland hotel or Disneyland area hotel in California, as selected by Disney in its sole discretion (“Disney Hotel”) (parking at the Disney Hotel is not included), valued at up to AUD$9,000;
o Up to two (2) x 3-Day Disneyland Resort Park Hopper Ticket (subject to restrictions) for the Group, valued at up to AUD$2,000;
o Return ground transfers for the Group between LAX and the Disney Hotel, valued at up to AUD$790;
o Spending money for the total amount of AUD$2,000,
(together, the “Prize”).
The Prize is valued at a total of maximum AUD$21,790 (inclusive of GST).
The Prize excludes:
o any domestic flights within the winner’s country of residence or
any other transportation from/to the winner’s residence to/from
the Departure Airport;
o baggage fees;
o insurance (health, travel, medical);
o parking fees;
o room service, laundry service, or spa treatments;
o food or beverages;
o merchandise, souvenirs;
o incidental expenses;
o local or long-distance telephone calls;
o tips, gratuities, service charges;
o federal, state and local taxes, except as expressly stated in the
Prize; and
o costs and expenses not expressly stated in the Prize.
The winner must liaise with Disney or its appointed agent to complete the bookings for the Prize no less than sixty (60) days prior to departure and in any case by 30 July 2024.
Other restrictions, terms and conditions as determined by Disney also apply to the Prize and will be notified to the winner, including but not limited to the Theme Park Prize Rules set out in Exhibit A

Winner Selection
16 July 2024 at 12:00pm AEST (the “Selection Date”).
G.
Notification of Winners
The winner will be notified by phone and via email on or around 17 July 2024 (the “Notification Date”). The winner will be contacted no later than 19 July 2024.
All reasonable attempts will be made to contact the winner.
The winner’s last name, initial of their first name and postcode will be published on the Competition Page within 30 days of the Winner Selection and Unclaimed
Terms and Conditions – Game of Chance
Prize Draw and will remain published on the Competition Page for a minimum of 28 days from the Notification Date.
H.
Prize Claim Deadline
Upon notification by Disney (as detailed at Item G), winners must claim their Prize by 11:59pm AEST on 19 July 2024.
I.
Unclaimed Prize Draw
If for whatever reason any Prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Deadline, or the entrant is deemed ineligible to enter the Competition and claim a Prize, an unclaimed prize draw for the relevant Prize will be carried out on 22 July 2024 at 5:00pm AEST. If the Prize is not claimed as part of this unclaimed prize draw Disney, in its sole discretion, will forfeit that Prize and no substitute will be offered. If there is no prize winner, Disney will publish this information on the Competition Page.
