Terms & Conditions for $2000.00 AUD Flight Centre Gift Card Giveaway.

1. Eligibility 1.1. This giveaway is open to individuals who are legal residents of Australia and are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. 1.2. Employees, officers, and directors of JXB Enterprises, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

 

2. Entry Period 2.1. The giveaway begins on July 1, 2024 and ends on September 30, 2024 2.2. Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

 

3. How to Enter 3.1. To enter, participants must compete and submit the form with their details 3.2. Limit one entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

 

4. Prize 4.1. One (1) winner will receive a $2000 gift card to Flight Centre 4.2. The gift card is subject to the terms and conditions of the issuer. 4.3. The prize is non-transferable, and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted.

 

5. Winner Selection and Notification 5.1. The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. 5.2. The drawing will be conducted on or about August 31, 2024. 5.3. The winner will be notified via email and mobile within 24 hours of the drawing. 5.4. If the winner does not respond within 28 days of the notification, an alternate winner may be selected.

 

6. Publicity 6.1. By participating in the giveaway, the winner agrees to allow JXB Enterprises to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

 

7. General Conditions 7.1. JXB Enterprises reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond JXB Enterprises' reasonable control impair the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway, as determined by JXB Enterprises in its sole discretion. 7.2. JXB Enterprises reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the giveaway or to be acting in violation of these T&Cs.

 

8. Release and Limitations of Liability 8.1. By participating in the giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless JXB Enterprises, its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind arising out of or in connection with the giveaway, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss.

 

9. Disputes 9.1. Except where prohibited, entrants agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the giveaway or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Melbourne, Victoria. 9.2. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these T&Cs, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and JXB Enterprises in connection with the giveaway, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Victoria, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
