Eligibility: Win a Krix MX-20! (the "Sweepstakes") is only open to those who sign up at

The Sweepstakes is only open to legal residents of United Arab Emirates, Australia, France, United Kingdom, Hungary, Israel, India, Kuwait, Malaysia, Nigeria, Netherlands, Romania, Saudi Arabia, and Singapore, and is void where prohibited by law. Employees, independent contractors, interns, officers, directors, and agents of Krix. (the "Sponsor") their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
Agreement to Rules: By entering the Sweepstakes, the contestant ("You") agree to comply with and abide by these Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept the Sponsor's decisions as final and binding as it relates to the content of this campaign. Entrants should look solely to the Sponsor with any questions, comments or issues related to the Sweepstakes.
Entry Period: The Sweepstakes begins at on 01 July, 2024 at 12:00AM ACST and ends at on 06 October, 2024 at 11:59PM ACDT (the "Entry Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.
How to Enter: The Sweepstakes must be entered by submitting an entry using the online form provided at
https://gleam.io/0Mtm3/win-a-krix-mx20 and pass any verification requirements (email or fraud score) set by the Sponsor. The entry must fulfil all requirements of the Sweepstakes, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications of the Sweepstakes may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. You must provide the information requested. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules of the Sweepstakes, your submission may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.
Prizes: The winner(s) of the Sweepstakes (the "Winner") will receive the following prizes:

Actual/appraised value of prizes may differ at time of prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by the Sponsor. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except for at the Sponsor's discretion. The prize is non transferable. Substitution of the prize or transfer/assignment of the prize to others or request for the cash equivalent of the prize by the Winner is not permitted. Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use the Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Odds of Winning: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Winner Selection and Notification: The Winner will be selected by A panel of 3 selected by Krix under the supervision of the Sponsor. The Winner will be notified within 7 days of the winner selection. The Sponsor shall have no liability for a Winner's failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for a Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 7 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected. Receipt of the prize offered in this Campaign by the Winner is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Any violation of these official rules by the Winner at the Sponsor's sole discretion will result in the Winner's disqualification as winner, and all privileges as winner will be immediately terminated.
Rights Granted by the Entrant: By entering this content (e.g., photo, video, text, etc.), You understand and agree that the Sponsor and anyone acting on behalf of the Sponsor or its respective licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Campaign, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent. By entering this content, you represent and warrant that your entry is an original work of authorship, and does not violate any third party’s proprietary or intellectual property rights. If your entry infringes upon the intellectual property right of another, you will be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. If the content of your entry is claimed to constitute infringement of any proprietary or intellectual proprietary rights of any third party, you shall, at your sole expense, defend or settle against such claims. You shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Krix. from and against any suit, proceeding, claims, liability, loss, damage, costs or expense, which Krix. may incur, suffer, or be required to pay arising out of such infringement or suspected infringement of any third party’s right.
Terms and Conditions: The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes should virus, bug, non-authorised human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond the Sponsor’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In such cases, the Sponsor may select a winner(s) from eligible entries received before and/or after the action taken by the Sponsor if appropriate. The Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or website or violates these Terms & Conditions. The Sponsor has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Sweepstakes, to void entries for any reason, including, but not limited to: multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by Sweepstakes rules; or the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability: By entering the Sweepstakes you agree to release and hold harmless Krix. and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) unauthorised human intervention in any part of the Sweepstakes; (iii) electronic or human error in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; (iv) technical errors of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (v) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (vi) printing errors; (vii) lost, late, postage due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail.
Disputes: This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of Australia, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. By participating in this Campaign, you agree that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Campaign, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Australia having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall You be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, other than actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes). You further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

The Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, X.com, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, Reddit, Pinterest, LinkedIn or any other social networks that are used to share the Sweepstakes. You understand that you are providing your information to the owner of the Sweepstakes and not to Facebook, X.com, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, Reddit, Pinterest, LinkedIn or any other social networks.
Acceptance of Rules: By participating in the Sweepstakes, You have affirmatively reviewed, accepted, and agreed to all of the Official Rules, Terms and Conditions.
17. The Sponsor reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Sponsor has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the Sweepstake. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Sponsor's discretion. Failure by the Sponsor to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
The Sponsor's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
Entrants are required to take full responsibility for the content of their entry and for ensuring that their entry complies with these Terms and Conditions. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions content requirements, “entry content”, includes any content (including text, photos, videos) that entrants submit, upload, transmit, publish, communicate or use in connection with their entry into the competition. The Sponsor may, in their absolute discretion and with reference to Clause 11, edit, modify, delete, remove or take-down any part of an entrant’s entry.
Participants must ensure their subscription to the Krix newsletter is active and confirmed by the date of the drawing. Only active subscribers will be considered eligible for the prize.
An entrant’s submission must not include:
a. any image or voice of any other person without that person’s express consent. Entrants warrant that if any such content is included, they have obtained the express consent of the relevant person;
b. any content that contravenes any law, infringes the rights of any person or is potentially insulting, inflammatory, defamatory, obscene, offensive, discriminatory, indecent or otherwise objectionable or inappropriate (which includes, without limitation, any content involving nudity, malice, excessive violence or swearing); and
c. any literary, dramatic, musical or artistic work, any audio-visual or sound recording, or any other item in which copyright subsists, unless the entrant is entitled to do so. If an entrant has any doubts about whether they have the right to include any content (for example, recorded music) they must not include it. By including any such content in their entry, the entrant warrants that they have the permission of the relevant copyright owner to do so and that this permission allows the Sponsor to use the entry in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify a winner if they become aware that the winner and/or the winner’s entry is of a type described in this clause.
Entrants may enter as many times as they like but only one prize will be awarded per person.
The Sponsor’s decision is final and the Sponsor will not enter into correspondence, or negotiation, regarding the competition result or any other decisions the Sponsor makes in connection with the competition.
Prize Conditions: The following conditions apply to the Prize:
(a) The prize does not include freight or freight insurance. It is the sole responsibility of the winner to supply a full postal address that has a recipient available to sign for the prize at the time of the delivery.
(b) If the winner selects the MX-20 as their prize, it is provided on a supply-only basis and does not include installation services. The winner must engage a Krix authorised and approved dealer to install the MX-20 system at their own expense. In the event that a Sponsor-approved dealer is not available in the Winner's geographical area, the alternative of Krix home entertainment products as the prize must be chosen.
Should an entrant’s contact details change during the Entry Period, it is the entrant’s responsibility to notify the Sponsor. A request to access or modify any information provided in an entry should be directed to the Sponsor through their online contact form.
The Sponsor reserves the right to change or substitute any of the prizes due to availability of product, with similar products of an equal or greater value.
Independent financial advice should be sought with regards to any tax implications that may arise as a result of accepting the prize.
It is a condition of accepting any prize that the winner may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the Sponsor in its absolute discretion.
All entrants agree that if they win a prize, they will not, and their companions will not, sell or otherwise provide their story and/or photographs to any media or other organisation, including the internet. Photographs will be allowed only at the discretion of the Sponsor.
The Sponsor will make reasonable efforts to deliver prizes to the addresses provided by the entrants. If a prize is returned to the Sponsor because it could not be delivered to the address provided, the Sponsor cannot guarantee that it will be able to resend the prize to the prize winner. The Sponsor and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any damage to or delay in transit of prizes.
The Sponsor reserves the right to rescind the prize if an entrant who claims to be a prize winner is unable to satisfy these Terms and Conditions.
You agree to assist Krix with generating marketing content to positively promote (“Content”) Krix products (“Products”).
This includes you:
(a) taking an agreed and negotiated number of photographs with Krix Products (“Photos”) or creating specific video content (“Videos”) , and
(b) allowing, where applicable, Krix to taking a reasonable quantity of video footage of you with Products in studio or on stage/rehearsal or in situation (“Videos”). You hereby grant the exclusive right and license to Krix, its subsidiaries, distributors, dealers, customers, and sales representatives, to utilise any such Photos or Videos in their digital and social channels. You agree to be responsible for all third party content, imagery or music that may be included in the Photos or videos, and you agree, if necessary, to reasonably assist Krix with obtaining all necessary music licenses (either for gratis or at preferential rates) for any music that may be captured in the Videos if necessary by law.
All Winners and guests must abide by the terms, conditions, policies of any of the third-party vendors who provide the services as part of the Prize reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to the Competition, Winner and/or his/her guest(s) who engage(s) in a disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any person that Sponsor provides Winner/guest access.
Each entrant hereby assigns to the Sponsor all right, title and interest in, and to all copyright and all moral rights in, any material created or otherwise submitted to the Sponsor in connection with that entrant’s entry or participation in any aspect of the prize (Works). Each entrant warrants that the Sponsor is free to use the Works (including modifying, adapting or publishing the entry, whether in original or modified form, in whole or in part or not at all) and to exercise its rights in relation thereto, and neither the entrant nor any third party will be entitled to any fee for such use.
Sponsor’s Liability: Nothing in these T&Cs limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the State and Territories of Australia (Non--Excludable Guarantees). Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, including the Non-¬ Excludable Guarantees, Sponsor (including Sponsor’s officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury; or any loss or damage including loss of opportunity; whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Sweepstake, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following:
(a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under Sponsor’s control);
(b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
(c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after receipt by Sponsor) due to any reason beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control;
(d) any variation in prize value to that state in these T+Cs;
(e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant;
(f) participation in the Sweepstake;
(g) if any Prize event is cancelled or delayed for any reason beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor; and/or
(h) redemption of the Prize including successful delivery of Prize.
