The competition will run in participating LMG liquor licensed outlets (Bottlemart, Sip'n Save and Thirsty Camel WA) (including online) which are displaying promotional material (Outlets) in Australia.
Spend $20 or more on any Vodka Cruiser product, 1 transaction from an Outlet.

To enter, you must, during the Competition Period:
(a) make a Qualifying Purchase from an Outlet and collect your itemised purchase receipt; and
(b) visit a Website (as relevant to your purchase), locate the entry page and fill out and submit the online entry form, including by uploading an image of the Qualifying Purchase receipt, and providing all other requested information.
Your purchase receipt must clearly identify where the Qualifying Purchase was made, the product/s purchased (which must be/comprise a Qualifying Purchase) and the date of purchase (which must be during the Competition Period before you submitted your entry).
The Promoter is not responsible if your mobile device/desktop is not sufficiently capable for the purpose of submitting an entry, including having the requisite photograph capability.
How many winners will there be and how will they be chosen?
There will be 11 winners determined in respect of this competition – 10 minor winners and 1 major winner.
There will be 1 draw conducted.
The draw will be held at 12pm (AEST) on 20/08/2024 at Gadens Lawyers, L13 447 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000.
The first valid entry drawn randomly from the entries received during the Competition Period will win the major prize. The next 10 valid entries randomly drawn will each win a minor prize.
The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries in a draw and record them in order, in case a winning entry/entrant is deemed invalid or a prize is unclaimed (Reserve Entrants).
What can I win?
There are 11 prizes available – 10 minor prizes and 1 major prize.
Minor prizes:
Each minor prize is a $100 Vodka Cruiser Merchandise Store e-voucher. The Vodka Cruiser Merchandise e-vouchers can be used to make purchases of merchandise items (not alcohol) via the online store at
www.vodkacruiser.com.au/shop/all The e-vouchers are single use only (that means one e-voucher can only be redeemed/used in a single transaction). E-vouchers must be applied at the checkout during your purchase. Unfortunately, they cannot be redeemed retroactively. The e- vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and are not valid after 28/02/2025. Any unused funds will be lost. There is no minimum spend to use the e- voucher. The e-vouchers are not stackable (which means only one e-voucher can be used per transaction). The e-vouchers cannot be used to pay for freight or delivery costs.
Major prize:
The major prize is an opportunity to participate in an Envelope Pick on 13/09/2024 for the chance to win a Suzuki Jimny or a consolation prize of $5,000.

Envelope Pick
The major prize winner (or their proxy) will have the opportunity to participate in the Envelope Pick via Zoom/Microsoft Teams, using the details provided by the Promoter, on 13/09/2024 at the time specified by the Promoter and will be recorded.
• The major prize winner (or their proxy) must follow all reasonable instructions provided by the Promoter in relation to their participation in the Envelope Pick, via Zoom/Microsoft Teams.
• At the Envelope Pick, the major prize winner (or their proxy) will be shown 100 envelopes. In the set of 100 envelopes, 1 of the envelopes will award the car prize (a Suzuki Jimny) and the remaining envelopes will award a consolation prize of $5,000.
• The major prize winner will win the prize that they (or their proxy) selects. The major prize winner (or their proxy) will have only one chance to select a prize envelope.
• If the major prize winner cannot or does not wish to participate in the Envelope Pick, they may nominate a proxy to participate in the Envelope Pick on their behalf. The major prize winner must nominate a suitable proxy within the timeframe specified by the Promoter. If the major prize winner nominates a proxy, they accept all decisions made by the proxy. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, all references to a major prize winner will also be deemed to apply to that major prize winner's proxy, if relevant. The proxy must:
(i) be aged 18 years or over and able to attend the Envelope Pick on 13/09/2024 at the time specified by the Promoter;
(ii) accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any additional conditions provided by the Promoter and must sign any document the Promoter requires for this purpose prior to the online Envelope Pick; and
(iii) accept that they will not receive or be entitled to any prize awarded at the Envelope Pick, and are only participating on behalf of the relevant major prize winner who will receive the prize.
Car prize:
If you (or your proxy) chooses the envelope in the Envelope Pick that awards the car prize, you will be awarded the following prize.
The car prize is a Suzuki MY24 Jimny GLX 1.5L Petrol 4Spd Auto 4WD Wagon in Kinetic Yellow/Bluish Black colour (including all statutory and on-road costs and third party compulsory insurance) valued at up to $40,990. The prize does not include comprehensive insurance or any accessories not specified. If you are the major prize winner, to claim the vehicle prize you must attend the dealership nominated by the Promoter to collect it at your own cost. You must provide all information and sign all documents required to allow the Promoter to register the vehicle in your name before collection. You must be able to register and operate the vehicle in your name in accordance with applicable laws. However if you are unable to register the vehicle in your name then you may transfer it to another person for the purpose of registration.
Delivery/availability of the major prize may be delayed (up to 12 months) due to supply chain related issues/restrictions (for example, but not limited to, manufacturing delays, government restrictions/orders and national/state/overseas border closures). How many times can I enter?
You can enter multiple times, provided you only enter once per Qualifying Purchase, per receipt and per day. Each entry must be submitted separately in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Consolation prize
If you (or your proxy) are not successful at the Envelope Pick and pick an envelope that awards the consolation prize you will be awarded the following prize.
The consolation prize is $5,000 cash awarded via bank transfer to the major prize winner’s nominated Australian bank account. The Promoter is not liable if the major prize winner does not provide the correct Australian bank account details.
Total prize pool
The minor prize pool is $1,000.
The major prize pool is up to $40,990.
The consolation prize pool is $5,000.
The overall total prize pool is up to $46,990.
How and when will the winner/s be informed?
All winners will be notified by phone and in writing within two business days of determination.
The major prize winner will also have their name and state/territory of residence/postcode published on the Websites on 27/08/2024 for a period of 28 days.
How and when must winners confirm they're participating in the Envelope Pick?
The major prize winner must confirm their participation in the Envelope Pick by 5pm (AEST) on 03/09/2024.
If participation has not been confirmed by this date or if, after making all reasonable attempts, the Promoter can't contact the major prize winner (or the major prize winner does not contact the Promoter) by this date, their entry will be discarded and the Promoter will determine a new major prize winner from the list of Reserve Entrant/s and/or carry out a further draw at 12pm (AEST) on 05/09/2024 at the same location as the original draw.
After this process, any such major prize winner will be informed by phone and in writing within two days of determination and will have their name and state/territory of residence/postcode published on the Websites on 06/09/2024 for a period of 28 days. Any such major prize winner will also be required to follow the process as set out in the “Envelope Pick” section above.
If any major prize remains un-won at the end of this promotion, or if a major prize winner cannot be found, that information will be published on the Website on 31/10/2024.
Unclaimed minor prize/s
There will be no unclaimed minor prizes. All minor prizes will be automatically awarded to winners via email to the email address associated with their entry. It is an entrant's responsibility to ensure that they enter their email address correctly. If they fail to enter their email address correctly, the minor prize will be forfeited.
Proof of purchase
You must keep the following as proof of purchase for all entries: • original itemised purchase receipt(s)
If you don't produce the above proof of purchase for all entries when asked the Promoter may disqualify all of your entries and you will lose any right to a prize.
Proof of purchase must be identical to that provided by you with your entry.
Your purchase receipt must clearly identify where the Qualifying Purchase was made, the product/s purchased (which must be/comprise a Qualifying Purchase) and the date of purchase (which must be during the Competition Period before you submitted your entry).
If, in the Promoter's opinion based on the available information, you have shared any proof of purchase with another person, your entries will be invalid and you will lose any right to a prize.
Collection and use of your personal information
If you are a winner or proxy (if applicable), you must take part in all publicity, photography and other promotional activity as the Promoter requires, without any compensation. You consent to the Promoter using your name and image in any promotional or advertising activity.
The Promoter may collect your personal information directly or through Liquor Marketing Group (LMG), or the Promoter’s agents or contractors. The Promoter will use your personal information to conduct and manage the competition. The Promoter may disclose your personal information to LMG, the Promoter’s related companies, agents and contractors to assist in conducting this competition, communicating with you or storing data. This may include disclosures to organisations outside Australia including in places such as the Philippines, New Zealand, the UK and the Netherlands.
By entering or accepting to be a proxy (if applicable), you consent to the Promoter keeping your personal information on its database to use for future marketing purposes, including contacting you by electronic messaging provided that where required by the Spam Act 2003 (Cth), the Promoter includes a functional unsubscribe facility in each direct marketing communication it sends you that you may use to opt-out of any further such communications and provided that the functional unsubscribe facility complies with the Spam Regulations 2021 (Cth). By entering or accepting to be a proxy (if applicable), you consent to receive email or SMS messages from the Promoter without any functional unsubscribe facility if they relate primarily to the conduct of this competition.
