Volunteers are at the heart of Olympic Sports, from grassroots through to elite. With the help of Toyota, we're sharing their amazing stories during the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, with a $5,000 prize to be won by a volunteer and another $5,000 prize for their club.Every Olympian started out in grassroots sport, so we are on a mission to celebrate the volunteers who help make Olympic dreams come true.
Take part in two simple steps:
1) Think of a worthy volunteer at your club. Someone who goes beyond the call of duty, often under the radar.
2) Nominate them by submitting their story. Tell us about them within the form, and upload a photo or video.

Entry to the Promotion is open to all Australian residents, who fulfil the entry requirements. Entrants who are under 18 but have the permission of their parent / legal guardian are eligible to enter.
Directors, management, employees, officers and contractors (and their Immediate Families) of the Promoter or of the agencies or companies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter. “Immediate families” means any of the following: spouse, ex- spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption, parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin) whether or not they live in the same household as the director, manager, employee, officer or contractor.

8. Prize:

Other than delivery costs (which, in accordance with item 13 of this schedule are the responsibility of the Promoter), all other ancillary costs including insurance or any taxes (excluding GST) are the responsibility of each winner.
9. Prize conditions
The Promoter will use its best efforts to provide winners with preferred prize options (e.g. sizes, clothing item) (subject to availability).
Gift card, eGift card and online store credit and/or discount prizes are subject to the terms and conditions of that card / prize imposed by the prize supplier (including the period of validity) and as listed on the card / prize.

Winner Selection:
The winner will be selected by a panel comprising on Toyota, Australian Olympic Committee employees and an Australian Olympian.
The panel will decide the 1st, 2nd and 3rd placed volunteer.

10am (AEST) on Friday 16th August 2024.
13. Prize Delivery:
Where applicable, prizes will be delivered to each winner at the winner’s nominated Australian delivery address within 30 days of a draw, subject to winner verification and delivery service delays (for which the Promoter is not responsible). A signature on delivery may be required.
Any costs associated with the delivery of the prizes to each Prize Winner will be borne by the Promoter. For the avoidance of doubt, all other ancillary costs including insurance or any taxes (excluding GST) are the responsibility of each Prize winner.
The Promoter will use its best efforts to ensure that winners are notified of any delays.

14. Winner Notification:
The winners will be notified in writing (by email) by 5pm (AEST) on Friday 16th August 2024. They will be contacted via the mobile number provided upon entry if there is no response to the email within 2 business days.
15. Prize Claim & Prize Claim
Deadline:
The winner must claim the Prize within 14 days of being notified by email (the Prize Claim Deadline) by replying to the Promoter’s winner notification email with their full name, Australian delivery address and contact phone number.
16. Second Chance Prize Draw:
If the Prize is unclaimed by the Prize Claim Deadline, is otherwise forfeited or if a winning entry is deemed invalid, the Promoter will refer to the 2nd placed volunteer..
The 2nd placed volunteer will be notified within 2 business days of the Deadline by email. The 2nd placed volunteer must claim their Prize in accordance with the instructions in the Second Placed Prize winner notification email.

Total Prize Pool: $10,000.
Publication of Prize winners will be published on the Website on the day of the winner(s) draw – 16th August 2024, and the 2nd placed volunteer will be published from 30th August 2024.
