Entrants may submit as many entries as they wish however each entry must be submitted via a separate entry and must independently comply with these Competition Terms of Entry.
For the avoidance of doubt, unless otherwise expressly stated, Entrants may only win one (1) Prize each in the Promotion.
8.
Entry Method

Entrants may enter the Promotion in either or both of the following ways:
Website Entry
During the Promotion Period entrants must complete the online entry form, register their details in the manner required on the Website and answer in 25 words or less the question:
“What Angus & Julia Stone track would you be most excited to see live and why?” AND/OR
Nova Player App Entry
During the Promotion Period entrants must download the Nova Player App, register their details, complete the entry form for the Promotion under the ‘win’ tab in the manner required and answer in 25 words or less the question:
“What Angus & Julia Stone track would you be most excited to see live and why?”
All valid Website and Nova Player App Entries received during the Promotion Period will be individually judged by representatives of the Promoter based on the Judging Criteria.
Appear On-Air
At various times during the Promotion Period the Promoter will:
(a) select up to ten (10) entrants judged to have submitted the ‘best’ online entries based on the Judging Criteria (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion) from all valid entries submitted up until that stage during the Promotion Period (each a Selected Entrant);
(b) contact up to ten (10) Selected Entrants (as determined by the Promoter in its absolute and sole discretion) on their personal mobile number or home phone number (and not a business number) (Personal Contact Number) and place them on the standby list for that day (Standby List);
(c) contact the Selected Entrant who submitted the ‘best’ entry (based on the Judging Criteria in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) from the Standby List for on their Personal Contact Number and invite them to appear on-air either live or in a pre-recorded segment (if applicable);
(d) if the Selected Entrant successfully answers their Personal Contact Number within five (5) rings or by the time it goes to voicemail (the earlier of) and appears on-air either live or in a pre-recorded segment for the purpose of the Promotion (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion), they will be deemed a Major Prize winner and will be awarded a Major Prize (in the absolute and sole discretion of the Promoter);
(e) if the Selected Entrant does not successfully answer their phone in accordance with clause (d) above or if their phone is turned off, engaged, the phone line drops out, or they are inaudible or they are unreachable for any reason, the Promoter may (in its sole and absolute discretion) contact the Selected Entrant with the next 'best' entry (based on the Judging Criteria in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) from the Standby List on their Personal Contact Number in the same manner as outlined above;
(f) In addition to the above, the Promoter will also select up to eighty (80) entrants from all entrants located in New South Wales (throughout the Promotion Period) judged to have submitted the ‘best’ entries based on the Judging Criteria (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion) and award each of those entrants a Minor Prize (Minor Prize Winners). For the avoidance of doubt, Minor Prize Winners do not need to appear on-air for the purpose of the Promotion (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion).
This process from clause (a) – (e) above may be repeated until a Selected Entrant successfully answers their phone in accordance with clause (d) above and is deemed a Major Prize winner and awarded a Major Prize (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion).
For the avoidance of doubt, Selected Entrants may be deemed a Major Prize winner and awarded a Major Prize off-air and do not need to appear on-air for the purpose of the Promotion (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion).
For the avoidance of doubt, Selected Entrants may be invited to appear in a pre-recorded segment for the purpose of being selected as a Major Prize winner and/or being awarded a Major Prize (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion).
9.
Entry Restrictions
Travel from WA/VIC/SA/QLD to/from NSW (If Applicable)
State travel and border restrictions are out of the Promoter’s control, and no invitations to an alternative Nova’s Red Room event will be provided, in the event that state travel and border restrictions prevent interstate travel.
Personal Contact Number
Each entrant must nominate a Personal Contact Number and each entrant grants the Promoter the right to call that entrant on their Personal Contact Number.
Entrants in the Promotion must be able to receive a phone call from a representative of the Promoter (on their Personal Contact Number) between the following timeframe (or such other time specified by the Promoter) and in accordance with the requirements outlined in the Entry Method:
10:00am AEST Monday 22 July 2024 and 5:30pm AEST Wednesday 7 August 2024
Each entrant warrants that they have received all consents from third parties that may ordinarily answer their Personal Contact Number to be broadcast live on-air if that third party answers the entrant’s Personal Contact Number live on-air. If a third party answers an entrant’s Personal Contact Number, that entrant will not be eligible for a Major or Minor Prize as determined by the Promoter in its absolute and sole discretion.
If for any reason an entrant is unable to be contacted, or is otherwise unable to, or declines to, appear on-air, or their phone line drops out or is inaudible, the Promoter (in its sole and absolute discretion) may replace that entrant by contacting/selecting another entrant and inviting them to appear on-air or participate in an on-air game or challenge (where applicable). The Promoter will repeat this process until an entrant is able to be contacted and confirms their eligibility and ability to appear on-air or participate in the relevant on-air game or challenge (where applicable).
For the avoidance of doubt, if an entrant is spoken to by a representative of the Promoter, it does not mean they have been selected as an entrant or a winner (where applicable) and they may not be invited to appear on-air or participate in the relevant on-air game or challenge or be awarded a Major or Minor Prize (where applicable).
10.
Judging

All valid entries will be individually judged by representatives of the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) by 3:00pm AEST Wednesday 7 August 2024 at the Promoter’s premises. All valid entries will be judged based on the Judging Criteria.
11.
Judging Criteria
Clause 4
All valid entries will be judged (by representatives of the Promoter) on originality, creativity and suitability or as otherwise specified by the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion).
Where entrants are required to participate in a challenge or on-air game (if applicable), the Promoter may specify the relevant Judging Criteria prior to or at the time of the challenge or on-air game.

Prize

Major Prize
There are up to five (5) Major Prizes to be won, each comprising of:
• Two (2) x invitations for the winner and one (1) companion to see Angus & Julia Stone Live In Nova’s Red Room in Sydney, NSW on Saturday August 10 2024 at a time and location to be disclosed by the Promoter at the time of winning (Event).
Each Major Prize is valued at up to AUD $100 (incl GST).
Domestic Travel Prize
If the Major Prize winner’s ordinary residential state is WA, QLD, VIC or SA, the Prize winner will also be awarded a Domestic Travel Prize in addition to the Major Prize, provided that their state’s border restrictions permit travel into NSW as required to attend the Event.
For the avoidance of doubt, the Domestic Travel Prize will not be awarded if the Major Prize winner’s ordinary state of residence is NSW.
The Domestic Travel Prize will comprise of:
• Two (2) x adult economy return airfares from the winner’s nearest capital city in the state that they ordinarily reside to Sydney, NSW (inclusive of airfare related taxes and charges) for the winner and one (1) companion, to be confirmed with the winner at the time of winning.
• One (1) x night in minimum three (3) star twin share accommodation in Sydney, NSW to be determined and specified by the Promoter, to be shared by the winner and one (1) companion (Accommodation).
Each Domestic Travel Prize is valued at up to AUD $1,200 (incl. GST).
For the avoidance of doubt, the time, date and location of the Event is at the sole and absolute discretion of the Promoter and will be revealed to entrants at the time of winning. It is the Prize winner's responsibility to organise transport to/from the airport departure/return point.
Minor Prize (NSW entrants only)
There are up to eighty (80) Minor Prizes to be won, each comprising of;
• Two (2) x invitations for one (1) winner and one (1) companion to attend Angus & Julia Stone Live In Nova’s Red Room in Sydney, NSW on Saturday 10 August 2024 at a time and location to be disclosed by the Promoter at the time of winning (Event).
Each Minor Prize is valued at up to AUD $100 (incl GST).
For the avoidance of doubt the Minor Prize does not include a Domestic Travel Prize.
13.
Prize Restrictions

Prize must be taken on certain dates
Entrants and their companion/s (where applicable) must be able to take the Prize on Saturday 10 August 2024 at a time to be advised by the Promoter and travel on the travel dates specified by the Promoter (Saturday 10 August 2024 and Sunday 11 August 2024) (if awarded a Domestic Travel Prize). Dates and schedules of the Prizes are at the sole and absolute discretion of the Promoter and are subject to change. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any date or schedule changes.
It is the Prize winner’s responsibility to organise transport to and from the departure and destination airport, Accommodation (if applicable) and Event. There is no transfer component included as part of the Major Prize, Domestic Travel Prize or Minor Prize.
Winners and their companions are subject to the terms and conditions of any venue and/or airline associated with the Major Prize or Domestic Travel Prize, including but not limited to airline ticket terms and conditions and/or venue terms of entry.
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
In the event that for any reason whatsoever the Prize winners do not or are not able to take the Prizes at the time stipulated by the Promoter for any reason, including but not limited to COVID-19, the Prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the Prize.
Winners and their companions are subject to the Prize supplier’s terms and conditions, including but not limited to any venue or invitation terms and conditions.

Prize Delivery
Clause 8
Major Prize and Minor Prize winners will receive details of their invitation to attend the Event via email.
If a winner has also been awarded the Domestic Travel Prize, the winner will also receive a travel pack via email containing all e-tickets, itineraries, hotel information and travel information for the Domestic Travel Prize. All travel dates, flights and accommodation are at the absolute and sole discretion of the Promoter and are subject to availability.
The winners’ names will be on a guest list at the Event.
18.
Additional Conditions
Prize winners and their companions will be ineligible from entering or winning further “Angus & Julia Stone Live In Nova’s Red Room” promotions conducted by the Promoter. If the Event is cancelled, no alternative Prize will be provided for the Event component of the Minor and Major Prize.
The winner is responsible for checking state and federal government, health authority and travel advice to stay up-to-date with the latest travel requirements and restrictions relevant for travel to/from and between the relevant travel destination. The Promoter is not responsible for any such restrictions
