SYNOPSIS

RUNT is a heartfelt and hilarious contemporary Australian family feature film, set in the country town of Upson Downs. It tells the story of 11-year-old girl Annie and her best friend, an adopted stray dog called Runt. Together they will stop at nothing to save her family’s farm from financial ruin and embark on an incredible journey that will take them all the way from a small Australian town to the World Dog Championships in London. RUNT is a charming, against-all-odds tale of kindness, friendship, legacy, hurdles, tunnels, see-saws, slaloms, and, above all, living your truth.
