Retailer– Win a Car iStore Competition
This competition is promoted by iStore (QLD) Pty Ltd ABN 54 152 166 160 (“iStore”) of 10 Milly
Court, Malaga WA 6090. By entering the competition, you agree to be bound by these terms
and conditions;
Terms and conditions
1. The competition starts on 20th October 2023 and closes at fulfilment of 1000 entries or 19th
October 2024, whichever occurs first. If 1000 entries are reached the competition will close
and the prizes will be drawn 5 business days from fulfilment of entries at 10 Milly Court
Malaga 6090 at 12.00PM WAST. Otherwise the draw will be closed on th19th October 2024
and the draw completed on the 20th October 2024 at 10 Milly Court Malaga 6090 at
12.00PM WAST.
2. The winners will be drawn using an independent third-party random digital selector. The
draw will be recorded for auditing purposes and conducted at 10 Milly Court, Malaga, WA
6090.The winners will be notified on the day of the draw, that is, either 5 days after 1000
entries have been reached or on the 20th October 2024, which ever occurs first.
3. The winners will be notified in writing via email and post. The winner will be announced on
our digital platforms including the iStore: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and our website,
www.istore.net.au . It will remain published for a minimum of 3 months (90 days). The winner
will be notified on the day of draw (as per item 1) that they have won via phone and follow
up email.
4. If the winners cannot be contacted within seven days of the draw, iStore reserves the right to
select another winner at random. The re-draw will occur at the conclusion of the 7 days from
the draw date. For example if the draw date is the 20th October then the redraw will occur
on the 27th October 2024 at 12.00PM WAST 10 Milly Court Malaga. The redraw will be
subject to the same requirements of the initial draw listed in items 2, 3 and 4 above.
5. iStore reserves the right to request proof of purchase and identity of the winners before
awarding the prize.
6. iStore reserves the right to cancel the competition early.
7. The competition is open to solar retailers. A retailer for the purpose of this competition is
defined as a solar company whom quotes and supplies an installed solar system to an End-
user. To be eligible to enter this competition, you must purchase via an authorised
distributor an eligible solar system which consists of an iStore inverter and a minimum of
10KW iStore battery. It must be fully installed at the end-user’s property at the time of the
draw.
8. Solargain PV Pty Ltd and it’s employees are ineligible to participate in this competition.
9. The End-user must register their system online and nominate the correct retailer. Upon
online registration of the solar system on the monitoring portal, Univers, the nominated
retailer will automatically go into the draw for the competition.
10. Winners are required to leave iStore marketing stickers in situ for a minimum two-year
period, including any personalised number plates supplied on the vehicle at the time of the
draw.
11. The first prize is a BYD Dolphin Electric Vehicle valued at AU$38,890. The second prize is a
10KW battery valued at AU$7,800 (to be supplied only – excludes installation and
accessories). The third prize is a iStore 180L Heatpump (Supplied only excludes installation)
valued at AU$2000.
12. There is no cost to enter the competition.
13. Prior to the draw the car may be used in the scope of marketing the competition and as such
will have some kilometres on the odometer.
14. The battery prize can only be added to a compatible iStore inverter.
15. In accepting the prize, the winner agrees to being named on our advertising platforms and
agrees to participating in and cooperating with any editorial activities relating to the
competition which may include being interviewed or photographed.
16. We will not use entrants' information except in accordance with the purposes stated in the
conditions of entry.
17. An entrant is not required to be present at the drawing of the competition to be eligible to
win the prize. The prize will be drawn digitally using a third-party independent platform.
18. Entry to the competition is forfeited on cancelled or unpaid orders.
19. If the DNSP rejects the application to have the battery installed then the prize is deemed
forfeited.
20. The prize is non-transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
21. Offer not valid in conjunction with any other offer.

23. iStore is not liable for any loss suffered or sustained by any participant or any other persons
including consequential loss by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by
iStore or its employees or its contractors in connection with or arising out of or connected
with this promotion or the supply of the prize awarded to the winner or any publicity relating
to the competition and promotion. iStore does not take any responsibility for misdirected
prizes, mail or emails received late.
24. iStore’s decision on all matters pertaining to this promotion will be final and are under no
obligation to provide reasons for any of its decisions.
25. iStore reserves the right to change, suspend or terminate these Terms and Conditions at any
time.
Definitions:
Authorised Distributor: is a wholesale business that has entered into a Supply Agreement with
iStore (QLD) Pty Ltd, and has been appointed as a distributor or channel partner to sell, supply
and promote iStore products.
DNSP: Distributed Network Service Provider, who own and control the relevant energy network
or state.
End-User: refers to an individual, entity or organisation that is the ultimate consumer or user of
the products.
Solar Retailer: refers to a business or entity that sells and arranges the installation of the iStore
products directly to the consumer or End-Users.
Univers: Portal used for the monitoring the iStore system.
