Entry is open to all Australian residents aged 16 years old and above, except employees/members of Ampol and New Sunrise. Parent or Guardian consent is required to be eligible to enter if entry is below 18 years old.
The promotion commences on the 1st September 2024 and concludes on 30th November 2024.
Entry is gained by purchasing 200L of any eligible Mobil™ Lubricant Products or any eligible Mobil™ Lubricant Products equivalent to 200L (eg. 200L Mobil™ Super 3000XE 5W30, 200L Mobil™ Delvac Full Protection, 200L Mobil™ Agri Super, 40 bottles of 5L Mobil™ Delvac Full Protection, 40 bottles of 5L Mobil™ All-In-One Protection, 10 drums of 20L Mobil™ Super 3000XE 5W30, 10 drums of 20L Mobil™ Delvac Full Protection, 10 drums of 20L Mobil™ Agri Super) from a participating Ampol Distributor or Equity Site, which results in instructions given to the customer with their proof of purchase so they can enter online. www.newsunrise.com.auIf for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.
Customers can enter the competition if they have purchased an amount equivalent to 200L worth of any eligible Mobil™ Lubricant Products from a participating Ampol Distributor or Equity Depot Site, from 1st September 2024 - 30th November 2024. Customers may enter as often as they like if they purchase a minimum of 200L worth of eligible Mobil™ Lubricant Products at the time of each entry.

The Prize(s) is not exchangeable or transferable to other products or exchangeable for cash.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility or liability in relation to any delay in satisfying any claim for the Prize.
The Promoter will not be responsible for any incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information communicated in the course of, or in connection with, this Promotion if the deficiency is occasioned by any cause outside the reasonable control of the Promoter.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify any provision of relevant legislation including the Competition and Consumer Act and the Australian Consumer Law in the Commonwealth, State and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”).
11. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including for negligence) for any personal injury or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity) whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any claim or Prize that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in offer value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions.
The Promoter collects personal information ("PI") to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this PI. The Promoter will use and handle PI as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at

In addition to any use that may be outlined in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, the Promoter may, for a reasonable period, unless otherwise advised, use the PI for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. The Privacy Policy also contains information about how entrants may opt out, access, update or correct their PI, how entrants may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with. All entries become the property of the Promoter. Unless otherwise indicated by the Promoter, the Promoter may disclose PI to entities outside of Australia.

Winners of the Major Prizes will be notified by phone and writing within 2 business days of the draw which is on 5 December 2024 at 11 am, at New Sunrise Pty Ltd, Unit 5, 3 Gibbes Street, Chatswood, NSW 2067. Winners of the Minor Prizes will be notified by phone and writing within the second working day of the week on a weekly basis during the promo period. The winners will have their details published on

If there are any unclaimed or un-awarded prizes a prize draw will be conducted on 09/01/2025. If the winner is drawn, they will be contacted by phone and in writing within 2 business days, the winner will have their details published on
