THE PROMOTER
3. “The Promoter” is Tourism Holdings Australia Pty Ltd. (Trading as Apollo Motorhome Holidays) Central West Business Park Building 2, 9 Ashley Street Braybrook VIC 3019. (ABN: 9400 1789 957) (03) 8398 8855. Tourism Holdings Australia Pty Ltd is the parent company of Apollo Motorhome Holidays.
4. Tourism Holdings Australia Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel the Competition at any time and change these Terms and Conditions without prior notice to any participant, if this is necessitated by unforeseen circumstances beyond Tourism Holdings Australia Pty Ltd.’s reasonable control.
ELIGIBILITY AND ENTRY
5. The competition is open to all permanent residents of Australia over 18 years of age, but the driver must be over 21 years of age with a full driver’s licence held for at least one (1) year.
6. There is a limit of one (1) entry per person.
7. Employees and families of the Promoter or the prize suppliers or any of their agencies associated with the Competition or Program are not eligible to enter. This includes a spouse, de-facto spouse, parent, child or sibling (whether full, half, step or by adoption).
HOW TO ENTER
8. Entry to the competition is via the form located on

9. Entrants must provide the following personal details: first name, last name and email address.
10. Upon entering the competition, entrants are consenting and opting-in to receive tourism related content and marketing communications in the future from Tourism Holdings Limited (thl) and their partners. Please see clause 22 of the terms and conditions for further information about their privacy policies.
11. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
12. Failure to comply with the above conditions or complete all fields required will deem the entry invalid and no correspondence will be entered into.
THE PRIZE AND DETAILS OF PRIZE DRAW
13. There is one (1) prize to be won that can be redeemed in Australia. The valid entries selected from the pool of entries will win:
a. Up to AUD $3,000 to spend towards an Apollo motorhome hire in your choice of vehicle type. This value can be used towards the daily vehicle hire rate, liability cover options, Refuelling Pack, Cleaning Pack, any one way or location fees, and/or public holiday surcharges where applicable. Any unused portion of this allowance will be void.
b. A Prezzee Card to the value of AUD $2,000 will be issues to the winner, to go towards trip expenses.
This prize value is capped at AUD $5,000
14. The winners must book their trip before 31 October 2025, for travel between 1 November 2024 and 1 November 2025. Vehicles are subject to availability. Travel is not available between 21 December 2024 and 10 January 2025.
15. Please note this is a single event holiday and cannot be separated into different holiday vacations or redeemed for cash.
16. All standard Rental Terms and Conditions will apply. Winners will be required to present their credit card upon checking in at their selected branch.
17. The prize listed above is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers and the winner(s) agree that The Promoter cannot be held liable for any breaches of these Terms and Conditions. No element of the prize is transferable, and no element of the prize can be redeemed for cash. Winners of the prize should seek independent financial advice about any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings.
18. In participating in the competition, the winners agree to participate and co-operate as required in all editorial activities relating to the Competition, including but not limited to being interviewed, filmed for broadcast, and photographed. The winners agree to grant the Promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use such footage and photographs in all media worldwide and the winner (and his/her companion(s)) will not be entitled to any fee for such use. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages to the entrant. Entrants should direct any request to opt out, access, update, or correct information to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
19. Subject to the Terms and Conditions of the participating prize providers, if for any reason the winner does not, once the prize has been booked, take the prize at the time stipulated, then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited and will not be redeemable for cash.
WINNER
20. The Prize (as defined in 13.) will be awarded at random from entries submitted. The winner will be notified by the Promoter via email.
21. The Promoter may select additional reserve entries in the case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is selected as a winner.
22. A selected winner has 3 business days to accept their Prize from the Promoter. In the event that the selected winner does not accept their Prize within the given timeframe, a new winner will be selected as defined in 18.
