This competition is open to all Australian and New Zealand residents with an Australian or New Zealand bank account. The competition commences at 9:00 am AEST Monday 2nd September 2024 and concludes at 11:59 pm AEST Sunday 8th September 2024 (Promotional Period). All times are Australian Eastern Standard Time.
HOW TO ENTER

There will be one (1) winning couple who will split the prize, whom the judged will have drawn at random. This is a game of chance.
The winner will be notified by e-mail to their nominated email address on Monday 9th September.
If the prize is not claimed by 11:59 pm Sunday 15th September 2024, the winner’s entry will be deemed invalid. The unclaimed winner will be contacted by email to their nominated email address on Monday 16th September 2024 before 5:00 pm AEST.
PRIZE
There will be one (1) winning couple in total.
The prize is made up of a cash prize, valued at $5,000.00 AUD.
The couple split the prize equally, winning $2,500.00 AUD each.
Cash prizes may be awarded in the form of a cheque or by an EFT transfer to the winner’s nominated Australian or New Zealand bank account, this bank account must be an. Cash transfers or cheques may take up to thirty (30) working days to process prior to being ready for collection or postage, from the date the prize provider contacts the prize winner to confirm their details. Winners will be notified once cheques are ready for collection, should that be the method of prize fulfilment.
The Promoter reserves the right to request the winner to provide proof of identity and proof of residency in order to claim the Prize. Proof of identification and residency suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. In the event that the winning entrant cannot provide suitable proof, the winning entrant will forfeit the Prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.
You are not guaranteed to win a prize and your chance of winning is dependent on the total number of eligible entries received. Actual/appraised value may differ at the time of prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by the promoter.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of each entry (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any eligible entrant where the Promoter believes that the entry or the entry process has been tampered with or where any entry has been submitted not in accordance with these Terms andConditions.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any lost, late, or misdirected claims or correspondence due to incorrect entrant information.
The Promoter collects entrants' personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not be able to participate in the promotion. The Promoter will not disclose this information to anyone other than contractors who provide services to the Promoter for the purposes of conducting this promotion unless compelled or permitted by law. The contact details of the winning entry may be passed onto a third party for prize notification and fulfilment.
If the prize is unavailable, the Promoters, at their discretion, reserve the right to substitute the prizewith a prize to equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
