For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, the promoter is Austin Clothing, trading as GAZMAN of 1320 Malvern Road, Malvern VIC 3144 (ABN 56 789 496 568)(“Promoter”).
The Competition runs from Thursday 12th September 2024 to 11:59pm Sunday 29th September 2024.
Entry is open to Australian and New Zealand residents only.
Directors, management, officers, employees and contractors of the Promoter and associated agencies, retailers, suppliers and companies, and their immediate families are ineligible to enter this Competition.
To enter, you must have completed and submitted the entry form.
Only one entry is permitted per customer.
Any costs associated with entering this Competition are the responsibility of each Entrant.
This Competition is a game of chance and skill plays no part in determining the Winners.
The Competition draw will be held at 1320 Malvern Road, Malvern VIC 3144 by 5:30pm AEDT on Tuesday 1st October 2024.
The valid entries drawn (“Winners”) will win: a GAZMAN e-gift card to the value of AUD$200 each. The Promoter will email the Winners their e-gift card details.
The maximum total value of the Prize awarded per Winner is AUD$200.
The Prize is not transferable and is not redeemable for cash.
The Winners will be notified via Email by 5:30pm AEDT on Friday 4th October 2024.
The Promoter will take no responsibility if a Winner's details are incorrect or incomplete and the Winner cannot be contacted.
