Hard Fizz x AMPD Bros Giveaway Terms and Conditions
Competition Details:
• Prize: 2x Ampd Bros Ace-X eBikes, a Surf Trailer, and a year’s supply of Hard Fizz
Seltzer (valued at $9869.95).
• Competition Period: The competition runs from 6:00 PM AEST on 24th
September 2024 until 11:59 PM AEST on 8th October 2024.
How to Enter:
• Instagram Entries: To enter, individuals must tag a friend on the official giveaway
Instagram post.
o Each tag equals 1 entry.
o Participants may enter as many times as they want. Each tag of a unique friend
counts as a separate entry.
• Bonus Entries: Individuals can gain 5 additional entries by submitting their details
via the online form provided in the competition link.
Eligibility:
• This competition is open to Australian residents aged 18 or older, excluding
residents of South Australia.
• Employees and their immediate family members of Hard Fizz, AMPD bros, and
associated companies are not eligible to enter.
• Multiple entries are permitted, but spam tagging or bot-generated entries will result in
disqualification.
Winner Selection:
• The winner will be randomly selected and announced via Hard Fizz’s Instagram on
10th October 2024.
• Winners will be contacted via direct message on Instagram and must respond within
48 hours to claim the prize. If a response is not received within this time, Maitland
Garage reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
Prize Details:
• The total prize value is AUD $9869.95.
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• The year’s worth of Hard Fizz will be delivered within 30 days from the winner's
confirmation.
• Ampd Bro’s Ace-X eBikes and AMPD Bro’s Surf Trailer will be delivered within 30
days from the winner's confirmation.
General Conditions:
• Hard Fizz and AMPD Bro’s reserve the right to cancel or amend the giveaway at any
time without prior notice.
