This promotion is open to Australian residents only.
The Promotion commences on Monday, 16th September 2024 at 12.01am and closes on Sunday, 13th October 2024 at 11.59pm.

Winners are determined at random.
There are thirty (30) Major Prizes. Each Major Prize winner will win:
Flights for two (2) adults from the winners nearest capital city to Sydney valued at up $1,600. Flights are not included in the prize if the winner resides in the Sydney.
Dinner for two (2) at Bennelong, Sydney Opera House on Tuesday, 19th November 2024 valued at $1,000.
Accommodation for two (2) Adults in a Sydney hotel valued at up to $700.
One (1) copy of From The Earth – World’s Great, Rare and Almost Forgotten Vegetables by Peter Gilmore valued at $65.
The Total value of the major prize is up to $3,365 (“the Prize”).
The total value of the prize pool is $100,950.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Flights are from the winners nearest capital city. If the winner resides in the Sydney flights are not included in the major prize and are forfeited.
Any additional charges incurred by a Winner including travel costs, documentation and insurance, spending money and incidentals are the sole responsibility of the Winner.
The Prize will be drawn at GP Advertising, 21a Richmond Road, Homebush West NSW 2140 on Tuesday, 1st November 2024 at 10am. (“Draw”).
Winners will be notified by phone and in writing within five (5) days of the Draw (“Winners”).
The Promoter and the Franchisee reserve the right to request Winners provide suitable identification of proof of age and identity prior to awarding a Prize.

Entries that are illegible, incomplete or do not comply with these Terms are invalid.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and claims for Prizes and reserves the right to disqualify an entrant where the entry process has been tampered with.
The Promoter is not responsible if the value of the Prizes changes between the date of publication of these Terms and the date the Prizes are awarded.
If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.
Subject to the law, the Promoter may at its absolute discretion, suspend, cancel or recommence the Promotion if (a) for any reason the Promotion is not capable of proceeding as planned; (b) if the Promotion is corrupted or the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion is affected; or (c) if the determination of the Winners or delivery of Prizes is prevented or hindered by any event outside the Promoter’s control.
Except for any liability not excluded by law, entrants release and indemnify the Promoter and the Franchisee from and against all actions, claims and liabilities, that the entrant now has or in the future may have against the Promoter and/or the Franchisee, for any loss, damage or injury (including any special or consequential loss) suffered as a direct or indirect result of the entrant’s participation in the Promotion.
The Promoter’s decision in relation to this Promotion is final and binding on entrants and the Promoter will not enter into any correspondence.
By entering the Promotion, entrants consent to their personal information being collected by the Promoter, Franchisee, Franchisor and Mastercard Asia/Pacific (Australia) Pty Ltd and used by the Franchisee, Franchisor and Mastercard Asia/Pacific (Australia) Pty Ltd for the purpose of conducting this Promotion, notifying Winners and delivering the prize.
