WHO CAN ENTER?
Only Australian residents who are aged 14 years or over.
If you are under 18, you must get approval from your parent/guardian before you enter and if you are under 16 on the date a prize valued over $100 is awarded, it will be awarded to your parent or guardian. By approving your participation or by accepting any prize on your behalf, your parent or guardian accepts these conditions.
WHO CAN’T ENTER?
Directors, officers, management, employees and contractors (and their immediate families) of:
a. the Promoter; and

WHERE WILL THE COMPETITION RUN?
The competition will run in Australia via the digital Boost Juice App.
QUALIFYING PURCHASE
Any Medium or Original Boost drink purchase made via the Boost Juice App, in Australia.
For the avoidance of doubt, the following purchases are NOT eligible to enter this competition:
• drink purchases made over the counter at a Boost Juice store in Australia; • water purchases e.g. Mount Franklin, PUMP
• ‘junior’ or ‘kids’ cup sizes
• food products (protein balls and banana bread)
A Qualifying Purchase must be made (and paid for) via the Boost Juice App.
To enter, you must, during the Competition Period:
a. download, if you haven’t already, the Boost Juice App to your smart device (and, if you’re downloading for the first time, register for Vibe using the Boostie number provided either on the in-store flyer/card or in app at time of registration);
b. open the Boost Juice App (ensure app is updated to latest version) and place an order for a Qualifying Purchase in the App, complete the purchase process, and navigate to the Vibe Page within the App to locate the Fortune Blender page; and
c. tap and hold the Fortune Blender (shown on the Fortune Blender page) to reveal which prize you have won instantly.
Max 1 entry per purchase transaction (irrespective of how many drinks are purchased in that transaction); max 1 entry per person per day. Subject to daily entry limits, every valid entry will receive a prize.
The Promoter is not responsible if your smart device is not sufficiently capable for the purpose of submitting an entry. Use of the Boost Juice App is subject to any terms and conditions of use, as varied from time to time, and as available via the Boost Juice App. You must not enter via multiple instances of the Boost Juice App or seek to otherwise interfere with the ordinary function of the Boost Juice App.
HOW ARE INSTANT WIN PRIZES AWARDED?
Every valid entry will receive an instant win prize, however the type of prize awarded will be determined randomly using a computerised random system at KollwitzOwen Pty. Ltd. Suite 251, 10-20 Gwynne St Cremorne, VIC, 3121 (KollwitzOwen).
The random allocation of prizes will be done in such a way to ensure that approximately constant ratio of different prizes (as outlined in the ‘What can I win’ section below) are given away throughout the Competition Period, based on expected number of entries.
The expected number of entries for this competition is 150,000 and so the Promoter expects to award 150,000 prizes in this competition. See ‘What Can I win?’ section for details.
In the event more than 150,000 valid entries are received during the Competition Period, the Promoter will award a supplementary prize to such entries.

HOW MANY TIMES CAN I ENTER?

HOW AND WHEN WILL THE WINNER/S BE INFORMED?
Winners will be notified of the prize they have won on screen in the Boost Juice App at the time of entering.
Winners of ‘Boost product/discount’ prizes will have their coupon automatically saved to the Vibe page in their Boost Juice App.
Winners of ‘Other prizes’ will be asked to verify their email address via a pop-up in the Boost Juice App. They will then be sent an email to that address with details on how to redeem the prize. It is a winner’s responsibility to ensure that they enter their email address correctly. The Promoter cannot re-send a prize to a winner if they fail to enter
their email address correctly. Failure to enter a correct email address will result in the winner being deemed to have forfeit their prize.
If you are under 16 and win a prize over $100, the prize will be awarded to your parent/guardian.
Any winners of prizes valued over $100 will also have their first initial, surname and postcode of residence published at

UNWON PRIZE/S
There will be no unclaimed prizes. All prizes will be automatically awarded to winners either (depending on prize type) via the Boost Juice App (in the Vibe page), or to the email address as provided by the entrant at the time of winning.
If any prize valued over $100 is not won or not awarded during the Competition Period the Promoter will carry out a draw at 12pm (AEDT) on 14/11/2024 at KollwitzOwen to randomly distribute such prize/s in descending order of value.
Any winners will be informed by email (using the email associated with an entrant’s Boost Juice App account) within 5 business days of determination and will also have their first initial, surname and postcode of residence published on 20/11/2024.
If any prize remains un-won at the end of this competition, or if a prize winner cannot be found, that information will be published at https:// boostjuicewin.com.au/ on 29/11/2024.
