Entry to the Promotion is open to Australia residents in all eligible states/territories who fulfil the method of entry requirements and are 18 years of age or older (South Australia & Australia Capital Territory excluded).

When the winner accepts the prize, they will have the prize emailed to them and the cash prize portion deposited via EFT to their bank account directly. This will emailed from a verified Naked Sundays email address.
The winner is solely responsible for all costs and expenses associated with acceptance and use of the Prize; including, but not limited to (unless expressly stated otherwise), travel insurance, transport, transfers, accommodation exceeding the prize.
The winner must provide a valid driver’s licence or passport and proof of travel insurance (where applicable) prior to receiving the price.
