SPEND AND WIN GIVEAWAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Promoter Information
The Promoter is Gowings PTY LTD, Coffs Central Shopping Centre, located at 35-61 Harbour Drive, Coffs
Harbour 2450.
2. Giveaway Period
The giveaway competition begins at 9:00 AM on October 7th, 2024, and ends at 5:00 PM on October
30th, 2024. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
3. Prize Details
The prize includes ten (10) $200 Pacific Coast gift card
The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability.
The winners must meet the terms to be eligible to enter the giveaway.
Pacific Coast gift cards can be spent between Coffs Central, Port Central and Kempsey Central shopping
centers.
In the event that any prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute
the prize with another of equal or greater value.
5. Winner Selection
The winners will be chosen at random from all entries received and verified by the Promoter and or its
agents.
The winner must provide proof of purchase between the giveaway open dates.
The winner will be notified by phone or email within 24 hours of the closing date. If the winner cannot
be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw
the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
6. Eligibility
This Giveaway is open only to individuals aged 16 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of
Gowings Coffs Central, their family members, or anyone else connected in any way with the competition
or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter.
7. Terms
To enter this giveaway the customer must spend $30 within Coffs Central Shopping Centre stores, upload
their receipt to Coffs Central Shopping Centres website any time throughout the duration of the
giveaway, or submit at Concierge Desk between the open hours are 9:00am to 4:00pm, Monday - Friday.
8. Non-Transferable
Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash and are not transferable.
9. Liability
The Promoter (including its respective officers, employees, and agents) is not liable for any loss, damage,
or injury suffered or sustained as a result of the competition or any prize, except for any liability which
cannot be excluded by law.
10. Privacy
Information collected from entrants is subject to the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and will be used for the
purpose of conducting this competition and related activities. By entering the 'Spend and Win' giveaway
you agree to Coastbeat Media/Gowing Bros Limited adding you to our digital database. You also agree to
receive future digital marketing materials from Pacific Coast Shopping Centre news, events, and
promotions.
11. Amendments
The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or to cancel, alter, or amend the
competition at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, or if circumstances arise outside of its
control.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia
