Here's how to enter:
Step 1: Shop instore at fashion & beauty retailers from 21 October to 3 November within the City of Melbourne
Step 2: Spend a minimum of $30 in one transaction, the minimum spend must be met by purchases on fashion or beauty products only.
Step 3: Fill in the entry form and upload your receipt for your chance your WIN one of six prize packs. Each purchase may only be entered in once, you may enter multiple times by making multiple purchases in line with the terms and conditions.

By entering the Promotion you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The Promotion is being run by Melbourne City Council (City of Melbourne), ABN 55 370 219 287, 120 Swanston Street, Melbourne VIC 3000 (‘Council’).
Information about how to participate and details of the prize offered will be published on Council’s Melbourne Fashion Week website.
The Promotion will run for 14 days commencing 12am Monday 21 October 2024. There will be one prize draw consisting of six prize packs (6 winners) which include multiple gift cards, with each pack valued at $5,000. The gift cards have individual expiry dates marked on each voucher. The gift cards for each prize pack include:

Gift cards can be redeemed at select businesses related to individual gift card prior to the expiry date.
Employees or immediate family members of an employee of the Council or its contractors are ineligible to enter.
The prizes cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash and are subject to any terms and conditions imposed by each of the contributing businesses. Prizes can only be redeemed within the period stated on the voucher. The winner must pay for all purchases that exceed the prize values.
If a winner does not claim their prize within 21 business days after being notified (refer to Clause 15), the prize will be forfeited and a new winner may be chosen by random draw.
The Council reserves the right to alter or amend these terms and conditions at any time and to cancel the Promotion without further recourse to the entrants. No correspondence will be entered into.
Council is not liable for any loss, damage or injury whatsoever suffered by an entrant or third party, including but not limited to, direct or consequential loss, as a result of entering or participating in the Promotion including cancelling the Promotion, or in connection with the redemption or use of any prize.
All entries are the property of Council. Any personal information collected by Council will be treated in accordance with Council’s Privacy Policy.
To enter the Promotion, you must:
(a) submit a fully complete an entry form via Survey Manager during the Promotion period as stated in clause 15;
(b) provide your name, email, mobile phone number and postcode; and
(c) upload a copy of your valid receipt to enter the draw. For a receipt to be valid it must show that you have spent at least $30 on beauty or fashion goods (excluding services), within the municipality of Melbourne during the Promotion and the receipt must not have been attached to any other entry in this Promotion. By entering the Promotion, you agree for the Council to use your name and details to contact you to participate in a post-event survey, and you consent to such use. Entrants may direct any request to access their personal information to the Council.
Where you have opted-in on your entry form, the Council will use your name and email address to subscribe you to the Melbourne Fashion Week newsletter database to notify you of events and activities held by Melbourne Fashion Week. You may unsubscribe from the newsletter database at any time, if you no longer wish the Council to retain your details for this purpose. Any information collected will be treated in accordance with Melbourne Fashion Week’s Privacy Policy
Where you have opted-in on your entry form, the Council will use your name and email address to subscribe you to the What’s On Melbourne newsletter database to notify you of events and activities held within the municipality of Melbourne. You may unsubscribe from the newsletter database at any time, if you no longer wish the Council to retain your details for this purpose. Any information collected will be treated in accordance with What’s On Melbourne’s Privacy Policy.
To be eligible for the Promotion, a valid entry (as detailed in clause 11) must be received between 12am Monday 21 October 2024 and 11.59pm Sunday 3 November 2024. Winners will be contacted by phone and email within three business days of the draw closing to claim the prize. Prizes will be emailed to the winners at the email address contained in the entry. The winners’ consent to their names being published on the Melbourne Fashion Week website for 28 consecutive days.
Entrants must be 18 years or over.
The winner will be selected by chance and must meet all eligibility criteria as stated in clauses 11, 12 and 15 above.
Winners will be drawn at 12pm on Thursday 7 November 2024, at Council House 2, 240 Little Collins Street Melbourne 3000 via a random selection generator. The Council’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Council reserves the right to request proof of age and identity of the winner before awarding the prize and if the Council determines that the winner is ineligible, the winner automatically forfeits the prize and a new winner may be selected.
The Council accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or entries that are illegible and will determine if an entry is eligible at its absolute discretion with no legal liability.
The Council may change the package prize at its absolute discretion for a prize of approximate equal or greater retail value with no legal liability.
