These Terms of Entry constitute the Competition Terms of Entry for the Promotion. Please read the Terms
of Entry attached to this Schedule which applies to the Promotion.

7. Maximum Number
of Entries: Entrants may enter the Promotion as many times as they wish, however, entrants may only win one (1)
Prize each.
For the avoidance of doubt, unless otherwise expressly stated, entrants may only win one (1) Prize each
in the Promotion.
8. Entry Method

Website Entry
During the Promotion Period entrants must visit the Website, complete the online entry form, register
their details in the manner required and answer in 25 words or less the question:
“How would a year's worth of childcare change your family's lives and help your little GENIUS?”
Nova Player App Entry
During the Promotion Period entrants must download the Nova Player App, register their details,
complete the entry form for the Promotion under the ‘win’ tab in the manner required and answer in 25
words or less the question:
“How would a year's worth of childcare change your family's lives and help your little GENIUS?”
All valid Website and Nova Player App Entries received during the Promotion Period will be individually
judged by representatives of the Promoter based on the Judging Criteria.
The Promoter will select up to one (1) entry deemed to be the ‘best’ (based on the Judging Criteria, in
the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) and will award each of those entrants a Prize.

All valid entries will be individually judged by representatives of the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole
and absolute discretion) by 5:00 pm AEDT Wednesday 30 October 2024 at the Promoter’s premises. All
valid entries will be judged based on the Judging Criteria.

All valid entries will be judged (by representatives of the Promoter) on originality, creativity and
suitability or as otherwise specified by the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion). .
12. Prize

There is one (1) Prize to be won, comprising of:
• 1 x 12 months of childcare for one (1) child at a participating Genius Learning centre, valued
at up to AUD $46,280.
13. Prize Restrictions

Exact value of the Prize is dependent upon the number of days booked and location.
Prize cannot be used as Genius Pyrmont and Genius Ashwood.
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. If for any reason a winner
does not take the prize or an element of the prize at the time stipulated, then the prize or that element
of the prize will be forfeited and will not be redeemable for cash.
Winners and their companions are subject to the Prize supplier’s terms and conditions, including but not
limited to any childcare terms and conditions.
Entrants must be able to take the Prize on dates stipulated by the Prize Supplier upon Prize Delivery.

Upon completion of the 52 weeks free care, the Prize supplier’s standard fee policy applies.
Childcare must commence prior to 31 January 2025.
14. Total Prize Value Up to AUD $46,280 (incl GST).
N.B. Fee calculation is based on 5 days per week at $180 per day.

The Promoter will provide the winner's details to the prize supplier to facilitate the delivery of the Prize.
18. Additional
Conditions
Prize values are based on recommended retail prices and are correct at the date of publication of
these promotion terms and conditions (inclusive of GST). The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any
change in Prize value between now and the ultimate date individual Prizes are taken.
