Overview of Promotion
1.1 Information on how to enter and prize details are part of these terms and conditions. Participation in the "Win a Tradie Truck with Grays" (Promotion) implies acceptance of these terms and conditions. 1.2 The Promotion starts at 12:00 AM on the 5th of September 2024 and ends at 11:59 PM on the 31st of October 2024 (Promotion Period). 1.3 The Promotion is conducted by Grays eCommerce Group Pty Ltd (ACN 125 736 914), located at 376 Newbridge Road, Moorebank NSW 2170, Australia (Promoter).
Eligibility
2.1 Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and older with an active Grays account who fill out the entry form during the Promotion Period (excluding South Australia). 2.2 Employees of Grays eCommerce Group Pty Ltd and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
Entry
3.1 To enter, individuals must complete the entry form provided by Grays eCommerce Group Pty Ltd during the Promotion Period. 3.2 Entries must include all required fields: name, email address, and contact number. 3.3 Only one entry per person is allowed.
Prize Details
4.1 The prize is a 2021 Ford Ranger XLS 4X4 PX III Turbo Diesel Dual Cab (Tradie Truck), with an estimated value of up to $30,000, sourced via Grays.com. 4.2 The prize includes up to $10,000 worth of upgrades, chosen by Grays eCommerce Group Pty Ltd, sourced through Grays & 4WD 24/7 and fitted by partners. 4.3 First-year vehicle registration and delivery within Australia are included.
Prize Draw
5.1 The draw to determine the winner will be held on the 1st of November 2024 at midday AEDT. 5.2 The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
Notification of Winner
6.1 The winner will be contacted via the contact details provided in the entry form within 48 hours of the draw, either by email or phone. 6.2 If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 5 business days of the initial notification, a new winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries.
Re-Draw Arrangements
7.1 If the selected winner does not respond within 5 business days, a re-draw will occur at 9:00 AM on the 8th of October 2024 AEST at Grays Head Office, 376 Newbridge Road, Moorebank NSW 2170.
Prize Acceptance
7.1 The prize must be accepted as described. It is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternatives. 7.2 The winner may need to provide identification and sign necessary legal documentation as required by Grays eCommerce Group Pty Ltd.

8.1 By participating, entrants agree to these terms and conditions. 8.2 Grays eCommerce Group Pty Ltd reserves the right to amend, modify, or cancel the Promotion at any time without prior notice. 8.3 This lottery is conducted under permit number ACT TP 24/02004 & NSW TP/03646.
