Terms & Conditions
Eligibility:
The giveaway is open to all individuals aged 18 and above, residing in Australia or New Zealand, except employees and immediate family members
of Furtex Ltd and its affiliates.
2.Giveaway Period:
The giveaway will begin on Tuesday 29th October 2024 and end on Sunday November 10th at 5pm AEST (7pm NZT)
How to Enter:
Participants must share their first name, last name, email and agree to receive marketing communications from Baya.
Winner Selection:
The winner will be chosen randomly from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period.
The draw will take place on Monday 11th November 2024.
The winner will be contacted via email by 5pm AEST on Monday 11th November 2024.
The winner must respond within 7 days of being notified. If there is no response within the specified time, another winner will be chosen.
Prize:
The prize for this giveaway is $1000 BAYA voucher to be used on bayaliving.com.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other products/services.
Baya reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control require it.
Publicity Release:
By participating in the giveaway, the winner grants Baya permission to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without
additional compensation.
General Conditions:
Baya reserves the right to disqualify any participant found tampering with the entry process or violating these terms and conditions.
