https://www.petiteskinco.com and any relating social media platforms for Petite Skin Co. is deemed as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
1. HOW TO ENTER : Competition entry will commence on 31 October 2024 (AEST) and conclude on 31st November 2024 at 12pm (AEST) ("Promotion Period"). One Winner will be chosen once the competition entry time period is closed. Winners will be notified via email to the address provided when opt-in to the competition.
To enter, entrants must, during the Promotion Period: Provide their contact details (first name, valid email address and mobile phone number) in the section provided. No late entries will be accepted. Incomplete or incomprehensible entries will be ineligible.
2. The promoter is The J Moretto Family Trust Trading As Petite Skin Co. ABN -24 886 378 273 of Unit 2, 35 Enterprise St, Kunda Park, QLD Australia. (Promoter).
3. Petite Skin Co. standardly conducts a competition of chance. The winner is selected at random.
4. Entry is open to residents of Australia and New Zealand. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, suppliers, associated companies and agencies are ineligible to enter. Persons under the age of 18 years are not considered adults and therefore are not able to enter. If a winner is discovered to be under 18, they will automatically be disqualified.
5. Promotion commences and closes on the dates shown. Winner(s) will be notified by email and will receive the prize in the mail.

www.petiteskinco.com during the open period and enter the required information. Incomplete or automated entries will be disqualified.
7. The promoters decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed as cash.
9. All competition entrants must reside in the country of Australia Or New Zealand that the competition is housed within. Winners entering from outside Australia and New Zealand will be disqualified.
10. The Promoter reserves the right to, at any time, verify an entry or entrant and disqualify an entrant the Promoter has reason to believe has submitted an entry not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
11. All entries in the competition become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter collects personal information from entrants to conduct the competition. Entry in this competition is conditional on provision of the personal information requested. Entries may be entered into a database and the Promoter may use the entrants' names and addresses for future promotional, marketing and publicity in various forms by the Promoter, and the entrant consents to such use. Entrants may direct any request to access their personal information to the Promoter.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the competition without notice.
13. The Promoter is not liable for any loss (including loss of opportunity) or damage (including, but not limited to, direct, indirect or inconsequential loss) or personal injury in relation to this competition or the use of, or participation in, the prize.
