The competition is open to new subscribers only, residents of Australia, New Zealand, France,
Norway, Sweden, United Kingdom, United States, Switzerland, Canada, Ireland, Spain, Italy, Germany
and Austria over the age of 18 and will run from Friday 18th October 2024 10:00 AM GMT to Friday 8th
November 2024 04:00 GMT .
3. There are 3 prizes to be given away. 3 x ‘The North Cape Line half voyages, cruise only. Each voyage is
for two people sharing an unspecified inside cabin. The booking needs to be made before 31st March
2025 and is valid for selected departures December 10th 2024 to May 9th 2025 based on availability.
The prize includes accommodation for the duration of the voyage in an unspecified twin-share
standard inside cabin; full board inclusions valid for North Cape line half voyage, - full board with dine
around and beverage package (selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages). Cabins are subject
to availability and blackout dates may apply depending on availability. The North Cape line half
voyage (cruise only).
4. Prize for each of The North Cape Express Line half voyages are valued up to $7,126.00 twin share
Total prize pool is up to $21,378.00
5. Prize does not include international airfares to Norway. The Hurtigruten Customer service team can
assist the winner with booking these at own expense.

ads. Sign up to become a member. All new sign ups during the promotional period will receive 1
automatic entry into the draw. Entry in the competition is also dependent on filling out a form. Only
one entry into the competition is valid per person. Consent to receive personalised news and offers
via email is a mandatory requirement to enter the competition. You may unsubscribe at any time.

8. The random prize draw will occur at the Hurtigruten London 210 Pentonville Road, London N1 9JY, UK
on Monday 11th November, 2024 at 12:00 PM GTM. The winner will be notified by email within 72
hours of prize draw.
9. No payments will be made for any costs associated with claiming the prize.
10. In the event the prize is unclaimed, a redraw will take place at the same location on 10th December
2024 and the winner notified within 72 hours of the prize draw.
11. All references to time in this document are a reference to the local time in London (GMT- Greenwich
Mean Hours)
12. The prize must be accepted as offered, is subject to availability, and is non-refundable, non-
transferrable, and not redeemable for cash or any other goods or services. The prize cannot be resold.
The prize cannot be transferred to any other person, unless agreed to by Hurtigruten Ltd./AS. It is a
condition of accepting a prize that the winner accepts the conditions of use of the prize.
13. No compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated.
14. If the prize (or part of the prize) is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute the prize (or that
part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification.
15. The prize excludes purchases on board the ship, including but not limited to beverages, spa, shopping,
meals off the ship, optional excursions, travel insurance, tips and gratuities, spending money,
transport from winner’s home to and from departure airport or port, visas, passports, and
vaccinations.
16. The trip may be supplemented with upgrades and additional arrangements outside of the itinerary, at
the winner’s own expense.
17. If any act, omission, event, or circumstance occurs which is beyond our reasonable control and which
prevents us from complying with these terms and conditions, we will not be liable for any failure to
perform or delay in performing our obligations. We reserve the right (subject to any applicable law) to
cancel, terminate or modify or suspend this promotion.
18. Hurtigruten, its related bodies corporate and their respective officers, employees, contractors and
agents (Promotion Parties) will not be liable for any losses, damages, expenses, costs, or personal
injuries arising out of this promotion, the promotion of this promotion, or the use of any prize,
including but not limited to any breach of these terms and conditions, contract or tort (including
negligence) and any other common law, equitable or statutory remedy (Damages) whatsoever,
including but not limited to direct, indirect and consequential Damages, including Damages that
cannot reasonably be considered to arise naturally and in the ordinary course of things, even if those
Damages were in the contemplation of the Promotion Parties:
a) for personal injury or death suffered or sustained in connection with the supply of goods or
services which are supplied by Hurtigruten in the ordinary course of business. To remove doubt: third
party goods or services, which other than in connection with this promotion, are in the normal course
of business supplied by a third party unrelated to the Promotion Parties, are not supplied by
Hurtigruten in the ordinary course of business; and the Hurtigruten’s Conditions of Carriage and
general booking conditions (and any exclusions contained therein) apply despite any statement to the
contrary in these terms and conditions; or
b) to the extent it is not permissible at law to limit or exclude liability in the manner contemplated in
that clause (in which case that liability is limited to the maximum extent allowable by law).
19. Receipt of a prize may have Fringe Benefits Tax (FBT) implications. To the extent that there is any FBT
liability, this will be paid for by the employer of the recipient. The grossed-up value of a prize and any
other Fringe Benefits the recipient receives during the course of the FBT year may be reported on the
recipient’s annual PAYG Payment Summary as required by taxation law
20. We accept no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from accepting a prize.
