This competition is valid from 12:00 AM 23 October 2024 AEST ā€“ 12:00 AM 19 November 2024 AEST. This competition is only run in QLD, Australia, but open to entry to all Australian residents.

To enter and be eligible to win the Ultimate Adventure Pack valued at $11,033.79, you must submit your details and complete the entry form online at https://gleam.io/1apNA/win-the-ultimate-adventure-pack. There is one (1) major prize which comprises $5,000 worth of Dometic products, $5,000 from Enerdrive | Dometic and products valued at $1,033.79 from TRED Outdoors. Upon winning the prize, the winner (1) will be able to choose products up to but not over the RRP value of $5,000 of Dometic goods, $5,000 of Enerdrive | Dometic goods and receive products valued at $1,033.79 from TRED Outdoors, any installation that might be required of the goods would be over and above RRP value and would need to be covered by the winner. Each company reserves to right to switch out alternative product to the same value or more, subject to availability.

The winner of the major prize will be drawn at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, 20 November 2024 AEST at the Dometic office. The winner will be selected at random from the eligible list and will be notified in writing within seven days of the major prize draw and unclaimed prize draws as per schedule 11, regulation 6 of the Regulations. The arrangement for the delivery and/or collection of the prize will be made with the winner at the scrutiny of Dometic Australia. If after reasonable attempts to contact the winner are unsuccessful, they will forfeit the prize/s and Dometic Australia reserves the right to redraw the winner up to three (3) months after initial contact. The redraw winner will be drawn at 1:00 PM on Wednesday 22 January 2025 AEST at the Dometic Head Office in Clayton. The redraw winner will be announced by Thursday 23 January 2025. The winner will be selected at random from the eligible list and contacted within seven (7) days of the redraw. The winners details (last name, first initial and post code) will be published on Dometic.com within 30 days of the major prize draw and/or unclaimed prize draws. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

Entry is only open to Australian residents of 18 years of age or older and who have satisfied the conditions for and are not otherwise ineligible or otherwise excluded under these Terms and Conditions, Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, Dometic, Enerdrive and TRED Outdoors are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin. Employees of the Promoters include employment agency employees who are currently performing work for the Promoter and Event Organiser.

If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.
