Maximum Number of Entries

One (1) entry per entrant, per day during the Promotion Period.
For the avoidance of doubt, unless otherwise expressly stated, entrants may only win one (1) Prize each in the Promotion.

Entry Method

SMS Entry
During the Promotion Period, any person who participates in an on-air segment on a Station via phone on weekdays (Monday to Friday) between 9:00am AEDT and 2:00pm AEDT will receive a text message to confirm their contact details and will be invited to answer, in 25 words or less, the following question:
“Why do you want to see Sabrina Carpenter and Gracie Abrams live in London?â€
If an SMS recipient fails to respond to the text message, their entry will be deemed invalid (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion and announced on-air by the on-air announcer).
OR
Website Entry
During the Promotion Period, entrants must fully complete the online entry form, registering their details in the manner required on the Website and answer, in 25 words or less, the question:
“Why do you want to see Sabrina Carpenter and Gracie Abrams live in London?â€
OR
Nova Player App Entry
During the Promotion Period, entrants must download the Nova Player App, register their details, complete the entry form for the Promotion under the ‘win’ tab in the manner required and answer, in 25 words or less, the question:
“Why do you want to see Sabrina Carpenter and Gracie Abrams live in London?â€
All valid SMS, Website and Nova Player App Entries received during the Promotion Period will be individually judged by representatives of the Promoter based on the Judging Criteria.
Standby List:
At various times during the Promotion Period, the Promoter will:
(a) select up to five (5) entrants deemed to have submitted the ‘best’ entries (based on the Judging Criteria, in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) from all valid Website, Nova Player App and Phone Entries (Selected Entrants);
(b) notify up to five (5) Selected Entrants by telephone and place them on the standby list (Standby List).
Appear On Air:
Between 9:00am and 2:00pm AEDT on Friday 29 November:
(a) representatives of the Promoter (in their sole and absolute discretion) will contact a Selected Entrant from the Standby List deemed to have submitted the ‘best’ entry and invite them to appear on air (if applicable);
(b) if the Selected Entrant successfully answers their personal mobile number or home phone number (and not a business number) (Personal Contact Number) within five (5) rings or by the time it goes to voicemail (the earlier of) and successfully appears on-air for the purpose of the Promotion they will be deemed a winner and awarded a Prize (in the absolute and sole discretion of the Promoter);
(c) if the Selected Entrant does not successfully answer their Personal Contact Number in accordance with clause (b) above or if their phone is turned off, engaged, the phone line drops out, or they are inaudible or they are unreachable for any reason, the Promoter may (in its sole and absolute discretion) contact the Selected Entrant who submitted the ‘next best’ entry on the Standby List (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) on their Personal Contact Number in the same manner as outlined above.
This process may be repeated until a Selected Entrant successfully appears on air (if applicable) for the purposes of the Promotion to be deemed a winner and awarded the Prize (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion).
For the avoidance of doubt, one (1) Selected Entrant will be deemed the winner and awarded a Prize during the Promotion Period.
Entry Restrictions
SMS Entrants must respond to text message from Promoter confirming details
Any person who participates in an on-air segment on a Station via phone on weekdays between 9:00am AEDT and 2:00pm AEDT during the Promotion Period will be required to respond to the SMS as required under the Entry Method.
Should the entrant fail to respond to this text message, their entry will be deemed invalid.
Replay of on-air audio
For the avoidance of doubt, if the Promoter replays audio that has previously aired where an entrant receives an entry onto the Promotion, the replaying of audio will not constitute an additional entry.
Best Of audio (originally aired prior to the Promotion Period) will not entitle person to an entry into the Draw
For the avoidance of doubt, if during the Promotion Period the Promoter plays Best Of audio from an on-air segment that originally aired prior to the Promotion Period, any persons featured within that Best Of audio will not be considered an entrant into this Promotion and will not receive an entry in the Promotion as a result of the Best Of audio being played on-air.
Entrant must answer a call live on-air to win.
