SUMMER OF SWEAT PUBLIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Competition OrganiserThe competition is organised by Sodii Pty Ltd (ABN: [41 670 831 884]) (the "Company"), located at 21 Halifax Street, Adelaide, South Australia, 5000.
Competition DurationThe competition will run from 03/12/2024 12:01am ACDT to 14/01/2025 11:59pm ACDT. Entries received outside of this period will not count as valid entries to the competition.
Entry Requirements
The competition is open to all residents of Australia, aged 18 years or older.
The competition is not open to anyone outside of Australia.
Employees, contractors, or agents of Sodii Pty Ltd, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter the competition.
Entrants must comply with all rules as outlined in these Terms and Conditions.
How to EnterTo enter, participants must:
Enter details into the form located at sodii.com.au/pages/saunagiveaway - this form will be live upon competition start time.
By entering the competition, you warrant that you meet the entry requirements and accept the terms and conditions contained in this document.
Entries must be submitted by the closing date and time mentioned in the competition details.
Prize DetailsThe total prize value is approximately $22,000 (retail value) consisting of:
First Prize: 2 x Solace "The Vantage" 2 Person Infrared Sauna (including delivery and installation) + one-year supply of Sodii Everyday Hydration Salts (30 sachets per month, delivery included)
Second Prize: 10 x $100 Sodii Vouchers (Vouchers for online products only)
Third Prize: 10 x $50 Sodii Vouchers (Vouchers for online products only)You are not guaranteed to win a prize and your chance of winning is dependent on the total number of eligible entries received. Actual/appraised value may differ at time of prize award. No cash or other prize substitution permitted except at Sponsor's discretion. The prize is nontransferable. Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by winners is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Sodii Pty Ltd to use the winner's name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Liability for Installation, Maintenance, and Damage of the PrizeBy accepting the prize, the winner acknowledges and agrees that Sodii Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any installation, maintenance, or future damages related to the prize. This includes, but is not limited to, any costs or issues arising from the installation or setup of the prize, its ongoing maintenance, and any damage to the prize during delivery or after it has been delivered. The winner, alongside Solace Saunas, is solely responsible for ensuring that the prize is installed, maintained, and used in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines. Sodii PTY LTD does not provide any warranty or guarantee for the prize beyond its delivery and will not be held responsible for any incidental, consequential, or direct damages associated with the prize.
Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Winner Selection
2 x first prize, 10 x second prize and 10 x third prize winners will be selected at random.
The winners will be selected randomly using an electronic draw system.
The winners will be drawn on 15/01/2025 at 11:00am Australian Central Daylight Time
The winners will be drawn at Sodii, 21 Halifax Street, Adelaide, South Australia, 5000
Prize Claim
The winners will have 14 days to claim the prize. If the prize is unclaimed after this period, a redraw will take place (See section 10)
To claim, the winners must respond with required information including proof of age and delivery details via email within 14 days.
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other items.
Prize Notification
The winners will be notified via email within 24 hours of the draw.
The winners details including last name, first initial and postcode will be posted publicly on sodii.com.au and instagram.com/sodii.hydration within 30 days of the draw.
Unclaimed Prize Draw
If unclaimed, a redraw will take place on 30/01/2025 at 11:00am Australian Central Daylight Time at Sodii, 21 Halifax Street, Adelaide, South Australia, 5000.
The unclaimed prize winner (if applicable) will be selected randomly using an electronic draw system.
To claim, the unclaimed prize winner (if applicable) must respond with required information including proof of age and delivery details via email within 7 days.
The unclaimed prize winner (if applicable) is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other items.
Unclaimed Prize Notification
The unclaimed prize winners (if applicable) will be notified via email within 24 hours of the redraw.
The unclaimed prize winners (if applicable) details including last name, first initial and postcode will be posted publicly on
www.sodii.com.au and instagram.com/sodii.hydration within 30 days of the draw.
PublicityBy entering the competition, the entrants and the winners consents to Sodii Pty Ltd using their name, likeness, and entry for promotional and marketing purposes, unless prohibited by law.
LiabilitySodii Pty Ltd and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors accept no responsibility for any loss, injury, or damage arising from participation in this competition or the use of the prize. The prize is to be used at the winners risk.
PrivacySodii Pty Ltd will collect, store, and use personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, found here:

By entering, participants consent to the use of their personal information for the purposes of administering the competition, contacting the winner and for marketing purposes by both Sodii Pty Ltd and Solace Saunas under SWET SESSIONS (OPERATING) Pty Ltd.
General Terms
Sodii Pty Ltd reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition at any time, subject to the approval of any relevant authority, if necessary.
If, for any reason (in our opinion, which is final), we are not able to run the competition as planned, including, but not limited to, infection by a computer virus, bug, tampering, unauthorised intervention, technical failures, security breach or any other causes that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the competition, we may, in our sole discretion, cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition subject to any applicable legislation.
In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency, disaster or any other circumstance beyond our control, we may, subject to applicable legislation, cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
This competition is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, any social media platforms.
Any attempt to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of this competition may be a violation of criminal and civil laws.
