The Big Top Cash Giveaway promotion (the Promotion) commences Wednesday 08 January 2025 and plays every
Wednesday until further notice
The promotion will be held at the Panthers Penrith (ABN 57000578398) premises (123a Mulgoa Road Penrith).
PROMOTION OVERVIEW
• Members swipe their membership card at the swipe kiosk every Wednesday to receive 1 ticket to be placed
in the barrel
• Members will receive 1 ticket for every $20 spent at Kelly’s bar & Kitchen, Kelly’s Cafe on Wednesday until
8.15pm
• Members will receive 1 ticket for every $20. Spent at the Wednesday raffles.
• BONUS TICKET members receive 1 Ticket for every $10 spent at the Lakeview Bar every Wednesday between 9am &
8.15pm.
• All tickets must be placed in the barrel after 4pm and before 830PM on the day of issue.
• Winners will be drawn at the following times:
• 7.00pm, 7.15pm, 7.30pm, 7.45pm,8.00pm, 8.15pm, 8.30pm, 8.45, 9.00 and 9.15.
• Each winner will be given the chance to play Colossus to win a share of $3,000 worth of cash.
• Promotion is open to all members that swipe on Wednesday
• Winners have 4 minutes to present their membership card to the promotions host to play The Big Top Cash
• Winners will be asked to play Colossus in the Promotions area of Panthers Penrith.
• Each winner will win a share of $3,000
• Each spin of Colossus will reveal the amount of Cash the winner will receive.
• If the winner is not located a redraw will take place until we have all winners.
• Promotion can be withdrawn at any time without notice.
PROMOTION TIMES & AMOUNTS
EVERY WEDNESDAY DURING January to March 2025
$3,000 every Wednesday draw times as above barrel opens at 4 pm and closes at 8.30pm.
OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS
• Entrants acknowledge that the Promoter is not liable for reimbursement of any prizes otherwise payable
to eligible entrants who are in violation of this provision.
• The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an
entrant’s identity, age, membership status and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant whose
entry is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process.
Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce
any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
• If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably
anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the
right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b)
subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the
promotion, as appropriate.
• Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees
and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage
(including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of
the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical
difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft,
unauthorized access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered,
damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond
the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and
Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of a prize.
• The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose,
disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service
providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on
providing this information. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to
the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
• If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion,
to determine the identity of the entrant.
• Panthers Directors, Advisory Committee Members and employees of Panthers are not eligible to
participate in the promotion.
• The rules pertaining to this promotion are binding, Club Managements decision in all matters relating to
these rules and this promotion shall be final and no correspondence shall be entered into.
• Members can only swipe and play with their own membership, anyone caught using another members
card will be removed from the promotion.
