Nicholas Haywood Jewellery Concierge Ring Design Competition Terms & Conditions
By entering the Nicholas Haywood Jewellery Concierge Ring Design. Competition ("Competition"), participants agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
1. Eligibility
To enter the Competition, participants must:
-Be following @Nicholashaywoodjewellery on Instagram.
-Be an Australian resident.
-Submit their original ring design via email to
customercare@nicholashaywood.com.au.
-Ensure their design includes one of the five gemstones provided in the Competition reference images.
-Include design details such as preferred gold type and ring size in their submission.
-Be able to prove that they personally created the design.
Nicholas Haywood Jewellery Concierge ("NHJC") reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not meet these criteria.
2. Submission Requirements
-Entries must be hand-drawn by the entrant.
-AI-generated images, digitally illustrated or stolen designs will not be accepted.
-The winner must be able to prove authorship of their design via their original hand drawing.
-NHJC has the right to refuse the prize if the design cannot be verified as the entrant's original work.
3. Prize
-The winner will receive a bespoke ring based on their original design, crafted by NHJC in 18ct gold.
-The ring will be made to the winner's specified finger size and gold preference.
-The prize is not transferable or exchangeable for cash or store credit.
4. Winner Selection & Announcement
-The winner will be drawn on Friday, 28 February 2025.
-The winner will be notified via email within 2 weeks after the competition is drawn. Winner will be announced once the winning ring is made via NHJC's official Instagram account (@nicholashaywoodjewellery).
5. General Conditions
- This Competition is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram.
- NHJC is the only official organiser of this Competition. Be cautious of scam
or fake accounts requesting personal details. NHJC will never contact
participants from any account other than @nicholashaywoodjewellery or
from the email address
customercare@nicholashaywood.com.au.
- NHJC reserves the right to modify or cancel the Competition at any time if circumstances beyond its control arise.
