This competition is run by MAAEMO, trustee of MAAEMO Trust (ABN: 73 257 416 641),
located at Factory 31, 31-33 Milgate drive Mornington VIC 3931.
The competition is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older.
Directors, officers, management, employees, suppliers (including prize suppliers) and contractors (and the immediate families of directors, officers, management, employees, suppliers and contractors) retailers and wholesalers of the Promoter and of its related bodies corporate, and of the agencies and companies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step- grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.
The competition period begins on February 1st, 2025, at 12:01 AM AEST and ends on
February 28th, 2025, at 11:59 PM AEST.
To enter, participants must place an order valued at $69 AUD or more directly on the official MAAEMO website
www.maaemo.com.au during the specified dates. Each eligible order counts as one entry. The prize is a 0.25 carat lab grown diamond necklace as pictured, valued at $1,190 AUD which is not transferable or exchangeable for cash or other items. The total prize pool is $1,190 AUD.
The winner will be drawn randomly via a government compliant random draw website at
Factory 31, 31-33 Milgate drive Mornington VIC 3931 on March 7th, 2025, at 1pm. The
winner (and unclaimed prize winner if applicable) will be notified via email and phone call within two business days of the relevant draw. If the prize is not claimed (or we are unable to contact the winner because the entrant has supplied incorrect contact details) within 8 weeks, a redraw will take place on May 2nd, 2025, at 1pm at the same location. Results of the draw (and unclaimed draw if applicable) will be published on the MAAEMO website
www.maaemo.com.au within two business days of the relevant draw.
The prize will be delivered to the winner’s nominated address as provided during the claim process. The Promoter is not liable for delays or failure to deliver the prize due to unforeseen
circumstances or incorrect details provided by the winner.
The inclusion of Louise Jean products in the prize does not constitute a partnership,
sponsorship, or collaboration between Louise Jean and MAAEMO.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and entrants, including
proof of identity, age, residency, and purchase. Any entries deemed fraudulent, incomplete,
