During the entire duration of the Prize, a nominated parent/guardian must accompany any person under 18 years of age. Block Out Periods are the dates where the Winner cannot request departure flights to be booked. They include but are not limited to:

• 29 September 2025 – 10 October 2025;
• 22 – 31 December 2025;
• 1 January 2026 – 9 February 2026;
• 30 March 2026 – 27 April 2026.
The Winner can request specific booking dates outside of the above Block Out Periods, and subject to availability.
Booking must be made a minimum of 90 days in advance of requested departure date, with The Boots Company Plc trading as No7 Beauty Company (company registration number: 00027657, hereinafter referred to as the “No7 Beauty Company”) or their third party agent.
The Winner and any guests must arrange at their own expense valid travel insurance coverage for their period of travel and destination. The Winner and any guests may be required to provide evidence of such travel insurance as a condition of accepting the Prize. Any losses that occur during the trip (including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, etc) that are not directly caused by the Promoter, shall be borne by the Winner and/or guests, the Promoter shall not be held liable for any liabilities.
The Winner and any guests must be in possession of a valid passport with a minimum of 6 months validity on it prior to departure. Any failure of the Winner and any guest to present a valid passport at any airport resulting in failure to board the plane will not be the responsibility of the Promoter or their third party agent and the Winner and/or guests will not be indemnified for any loss as a result.
It is the Winner's responsibility to organise transport to/from the airport departure/return point (except where explicitly included as part of the Prize), any amendments fees issued by airlines or suppliers once booking is confirmed and ticketed.
Unless expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions, all other expenses are the responsibility of the Winner (and their guests) including but not limited to spending money, transport to and from departure and arrival points, transfers (except where explicitly included as part of the Prize), current passports, visas, meals, , drinks, incidentals, mini-bar, laundry, room service, telephone calls, activities, gratuities, services charges, travel insurance, pre and post accommodation, optional activities or excursions and all other ancillary costs.

Prize Delivery & Personal Information Disclosure
In order to claim the Prize, the Winner acknowledges, consents and agrees that the name and contact details of the Winner will also be shared with No7 Beauty Company and their sub-contractors solely for the purpose of providing access to the Prize.
The Winner, by liaising with No 7 Beauty Company, will be treated as having claimed the Prize. The Prize must be taken between 1 May 2025 and 30 April 2026 and is subject to Block Out Periods, booking and flight availability. If the Prize is not redeemed within this period, it is forfeited.
Terms & Conditions
1. The Schedule and these Terms & Conditions govern the Entrant’s participation in the Promotion. Participation in the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
2. To enter the Promotion, Entrants must complete the Entry Procedure during the Promotional Period and prior to the relevant Close Date.
3. Entrants may enter the Promotion up to the Maximum Number of Entries.
4. The use of automated entry software or other mechanical, electronic or other means that allow an
Entrant to automatically enter the Promotion repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries
submitted by the Entrant invalid.
5. Incomplete and ineligible entries will be deemed invalid. Entries will also be deemed invalid if they

Prize Draw
7. The draw to determine the winner (Winner) for the Promotion will be conducted in accordance with the Draw Details.

Prizes

Claiming Prizes
17. ThePrize(s)mustbeclaimedbytheRedemptionDateinaccordancewithanyclaiminstructionssetout in the Schedule, or it will be deemed forfeited by the Winner. The Promoter may require the Winner(s) to provide relevant evidence in order to claim the Prize, such as proof of identity, age, and any relevant proof of purchase.
18. IfanyPrizeremainsunclaimed,aseconddraworselectionforthePrizewilltakeplaceinaccordance with the Unclaimed Prize Redraw section of the Schedule. The alternative Winner, if any, will be notified in accordance with the Schedule.
19. ThePromoterwilldeliverthePrizeinaccordancewiththeSchedule.Shouldcircumstancesoutsidethe Promoter’s control occur, which cause a delay in delivery of the Prize, the Promoter will not be liable.

20. ConsequentialLossespiteanythingtothecontrary,butsubjecttotheNon-ExcludableGuarantees, neither party will be liable under these Terms & Conditions for any consequential, special or indirect loss including but not limited to loss of profit (including anticipated profit), loss of benefit (including anticipated benefit), loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of goodwill, loss of opportunity, loss of savings (including anticipated savings), loss of reputation, loss of use (including both real and anticipatory) and/ or loss or corruption of data, whether under statute, contract, equity, tort (including negligence), indemnity or otherwise.
22. Liability: A party’s liability for any liability in relation to these Terms and Conditions will be reduced proportionately to the extent the relevant liability was caused or contributed to by the acts or omissions of the other party, including any failure by that other party to take reasonable steps to mitigate its loss.
23. ForceMajeure:Neitherpartywillbeliableforanydelayorfailuretoperformtheirrespective obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such delay or failure is caused or contributed to by a Force Majeure Event. Force Majeure Event means any event or circumstance which is beyond a Party’s reasonable control including but not limited to, acts of God including fire, hurricane, typhoon, earthquake, landslide, tsunami, mudslide or other catastrophic natural disaster, civil riot, civil rebellion, revolution, terrorism, insurrection, militarily usurped power, act of sabotage, act of a public enemy, war (whether declared or not) or other like hostilities, ionising radiation, contamination by radioactivity,
nuclear, chemical or biological contamination, any widespread illness, quarantine or government sanctioned ordinance or shutdown, pandemic (including COVID-19 and any variations or mutations to this disease or illness) or epidemic.
24. Onlineentries:IfadisputearisesastotheidentityofanonlineEntrant,theentrywillbedeemedto have been submitted by the authorised account holder of the email address. The Promoter may ask any Entrant to provide the Promoter with proof that they are the authorised account holder of the email address associated with the entry.
25. LegalWarning:Anyattempttocausemaliciousdamageorinterferencewiththenormalfunctioningof the Site or to otherwise undermine the legitimate operations of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and the Promoter reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
26. Currency:Unlessexpresslystatedotherwise,areferenceinthesetermsorinanyadvertisementrelating to the Promotion, to Australian dollars, dollars, AUD$ or $ is a reference to the lawful currency of Australia.
