General
1. The competition is an instant win game of chance and is authorised under the permits.
2. The material used to market and promote the competition forms part of the competition terms. If there is an inconsistency between the material used to market and promote the competition and the competition terms, the competition terms prevail.
Eligibility to enter
3. During the promotional period, anyone may enter the competition, provided that they are:
(a) over 18 years of age
(b) a resident of Australia; and
(c) not an employee, or immediate family member of an employee, of the Promoter or supplier or an agent of the Promoter, who is directly associated or connected with the organisation of this competition.
Entering
4. By entering the competition, entrants accept the competition terms.
5. For the chance to win an instant win prize, entrants must:
a) Purchase a specially marked ‘Coles AFL Footy Pops 5pack’ in-store or online at Coles (excludes DoorDash, UberEats and Coles Express) between 12:01am (AEDT) on 03/03/2025 and 11:59pm (AEST) on 25/08/2025 (Competition Period) for the chance to find a Footy Pops stick marked ‘Winner’ with a unique code. Coles online orders must also be delivered during the Promotional Period to qualify; and
b) If a Footy Pops stick included in your Box of Coles AFL Footy Pops 5pack purchase is marked a ‘Winner’ and includes a unique code, you are eligible to win a Prize; and
c) To win a Prize, you must retain your winning Footy Pops stick for prize verification purposes and go online to enter the required details including the unique code found on the Footy Pops stick by 11:59pm (AEST) on 05/09/2025. Allow up to 7 days from the date you’ve claimed your Prize for a Coles representative to contact you in order to verify your prize.
6. You may enter as many times as you like, providing your purchase fulfils the entry criteria detailed in paragraph 5.
7. If, subsequent to a qualifying entry, you do not wish to participate in the competition you must advise the promoter by calling the Coles Customer Care (1800 061 562).
8. The promoter may disqualify any entrant who:
(a) enters the competition without being eligible;
(b) tampers with the entry process;
(c) submits an entry that is not in accordance with the competition terms; or
(d) in entering the competition, engages in conduct which is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the competition or the promoter.
9. Failure by the promoter to exercise its rights under paragraph 8 does not constitute a waiver of the promoter’s rights under paragraph 8. If the entrant’s contact details change, the entrant must notify the promoter.
Awarding Prizes
10. The maximum number of instant win prizes being given away for this promotion is 10 and the maximum total value of all instant win prizes in the Promotion is $80,000. The final number of instant win prizes distributed by the Promotor will be the number of instant win prizes claimed by the entrants.
11. The Promoter will notify each Winner in writing (or via email) within 7 days after their prize claim. Winners’ last name, first initial and postcode will be posted on the Website on 16/09/2025 for a period of 14 days.
12. The promoter may request a winner to provide proof of identity, proof of possession and ownership of a legitimate winning Footy Pops stick, proof of age or proof of residency to the promoter’s reasonable satisfaction before awarding the prize. If upon request a winner does not provide proof of identity, proof of possession and ownership of a legitimate winning Footy Pops stick, proof of age or proof of residency to the promoter’s reasonable satisfaction by 12/09/2025, then the relevant Winner may be deemed to have forfeited their entitlement to their prize. In those circumstances the promoter may redistribute the prize in accordance with paragraph 17.
13. The winner must accept the prize by 12/09/2025. If the winner does not accept the prize by 12/09/2025, the promoter may redistribute the prize in accordance with paragraph 17.
14. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
15. If the prize or part of the prize is unavailable, the Promoter may substitute the prize or part of the prize with a substitute prize, provided that the substitute prize is of the same or similar value or specification as the prize subject to legislative approval.
16. In consideration of the promoter awarding the prize to the winner, the winner:
a. consents to the promoter, without royalty or any fees, using his or her name, likeness, image, voice and entry in any marketing and promotion of the competition, the promoter or the promoter’s business;
b. agrees to use the prize in accordance with the supplier’s specified conditions and requirements;
c. agrees that the prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash; and
d. agrees to comply with all the conditions of use of the prize and the prize supplier’s requirements. It is the responsibility of the winner to confirm such conditions with the prize supplier or other relevant third parties.
Unclaimed Prizes
17. If for any reason, there are prizes that have not been awarded by 12/09/2025 the promoter will re-distribute any Unclaimed Prizes by providing them to RedKite (or an alternative charity if necessary). The Unclaimed Prizes will be re-distributed to RedKite (or the alternative charity) by 16/09/2025.
18. RedKite is an Australian cancer charity who provide essential support to children and young people (0-24 years) with cancer, and the family and support network who care for them.
Force majeure / Cancellation
19. If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure, force majeure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.
Liability
20. The promoter is not liable for any loss, expense, damage or liability suffered or incurred by entrants and winners in connection with the competition, including:
(a) any late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected entries or prize acceptance, including delays due to technical disruptions or network congestion;
(b) any incorrect or inaccurate information caused by equipment or programming associated with or utilised in the competition;
(c) any technical error, including any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission or communications line, telephone, mobile or satellite network failure; and
(d) any theft, destruction, unauthorised access to or alteration of entries; and
(e) any use of the prize or any tax liability incurred by the winner as a result of accepting the prize.
21. Nothing under paragraph 20 is intended to limit entrants or winners’ rights under the Australian Consumer Law 2010.
22. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any social media provider and no social media provider is liable for any loss, expense, damage or liability suffered or incurred by entrants and winners in connection with the competition, including anything detailed in Section 20.

Each prize includes a Trip for 2 people to attend the 2025 Toyota AFL Grand Final in Melbourne on 27/09/2025, valued at up to $8,000 depending on point of departure.

Prize Inclusions & Conditions
Winner will win a trip for two people (both people must be over 18) to Melbourne for 2 nights to attend the 2025 Toyota AFL Grand Final at the MCG on 27/09/2025. The Prize trip includes return economy class airfares (from the nearest capital city to the Winner’s place of residence) to Melbourne, return airport transfers, 4-star twin share accommodation with breakfast included and tickets to the Toyota AFL Grand Final. Prize travel dates are 26-28/09/2025 and Prize travellers must be available to travel on these dates. The Prize is subject to flight and accommodation conditions and availability. All bookings must be made a minimum of 14 days in advance of departure date. Prize does not include airfares if Melbourne is nearest capital city to the Winner’s place of residence, spending money, other meals, drinks, travel insurance or any other ancillary costs, which are the sole responsibility of the Winner. It is the Winner's responsibility to organise transport to/from the airport departure/return point. Winners may extend their stay at their own expense. Prize travellers must depart from and return to the same departure point and travel together and must have valid travel insurance for their period of travel. The Promoter will not be held responsible if a Prize traveller does not qualify for travel insurance and is not required to substitute a different Prize or Prize of equivalent value if travel insurance is not obtained. The Winner is responsible for ensuring their travel companions comply with all terms relating to the Prize. Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. In the event that the Prize, or part of the Prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may substitute the Prize, or element of it, of equal or greater value subject to legislative approval.
