Information on how to enter and the prize(s) form part of these Terms and Conditions.
Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The promoter is Lactalis Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 56 072 928 879) of Level 5, 35
Boundary Street, South Brisbane, QLD 4101 - telephone 1800 676 961 (“Promoter”).
Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, Participating Retailers
(defined below) and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse,
child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent,
step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister
or 1st cousin.
Promotion commences at 12:00am AEDT on 17/03/2025 and ends at 11:59pm AEST
on 30/05/2025 (“Promotional Period”).
To be eligible to enter, individuals must, during the Promotional Period, purchase any
three (3) 70g specially marked Paul’s Kids Minions Yoghurt or Dessert pouches, in a
single transaction, from a participating retailer (“Qualifying Transaction”). A
participating retailer is any grocery store nationally that displays promotional material
featuring this promotion (each a “Participating Retailer”).
To enter, individuals must then visit
www.paulspromo.com.au/minions during the
Promotional Period, follow the prompts to the promotion entry page, input the
requested details (including but not limited to full name, full mailing address, phone
number and email), upload a scanned copy of their purchase receipt when prompted
and then submit the fully completed online entry form.
Entrants must retain a copy of their receipt, for all entries as proof of purchase. Failure
to produce the proof of purchase for all entries when requested may, in the absolute
discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of an entrant’s entries and
forfeiture of any right to a prize. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify the store of
the Qualifying Transaction, the products purchased and that the Qualifying Transaction
was made during the Promotional Period but prior to entry.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and
entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the
right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to
believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry
process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to
jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be
accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its
rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal
rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
In addition to the above, the Promoter reserves the right to invalidate entries where
multiple entries have been submitted using the same receipt or receipt number, where
the same receipt or receipt number is used by multiple entrants, or where entrants
submit multiple entries with slight variations in email addresses or other details. Any
attempt to jeopardise the integrity of the Promotion will, in the absolute discretion of
the Promoter, render all suspicious and/or questionable entries invalid. If the Promoter
suspects that there has been any sharing of receipts or manufacturing fake/duplicate
receipts, for the purposes of submitting multiple invalid entries, the Promoter reserves
the right to invalidate those entries without further notice to entrants.
11. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
12. Multiple entries are permitted, subject to the following:
a. only one (1) entry is permitted per Qualifying Transaction regardless of how
many Paul’s Kids Minions Yoghurt or Dessert pouches have been purchased in
that transaction in excess of three (3); and
b. each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with these Terms
and Conditions.
13. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in
its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
14. The draw will take place at Pilgrim Communications, 51A / 23 Norton Street,
Leichhardt NSW 2040 on 02/06/25 at 10.00am AEST in the presence of an
independent scrutineer. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record
them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn. The winners will be
notified by email and phone within two (2) business days of the draw and their details
(initial, surname and postcode) will be published on
www.paulspromo.com.au/minionsfrom 09/06/25.
15. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. The first valid and correct entry drawn will win a trip to Universal Studios Singapore for
a family of four (4) people, valued at up to $17,225 depending on date and point of
departure (“Major Prize”). The Major Prize includes:
a. Return economy airfares for four (4) people from the winner’s nearest Australian
capital city to Singapore;
b. All applicable airline and airport taxes;
c. Private return transfers from Singapore airport to accommodation valued at
SG$200 (AU$227.86 as at 10/10/2024);
d. Three (3) nights accommodation in two (2) x Deluxe Twin rooms at Resorts
World Sentosa including daily breakfasts for two (2) adults and two (2) children
valued at SG$3,600 (AU$4,101.53 as at 10/10/2024);
e. Two (2) day passes for four (4) people to Universal Studios Singapore, including
Universal Express passes valued at SG$1,320 (AU$1,504 as at 10/10/2024);
and
17. The next twenty two (22) valid and correct drawn entries will each win a Minions prize

18. Additional spending money, meals, insurance, passport fees, transport to and from
departure point, items of a personal nature, in-room charges, amendment fees issued
by airlines or suppliers once booking is confirmed and ticketed, additional taxes,
additional fees associated with the accommodation and all other ancillary costs are not
included in the Major Prize. Major Prize must be taken between 1 June 2025 and 31
December 2025 and is subject to booking, flight availability and block out dates.
19. All bookings and documentation regarding the Major Prize must be made via
Free-2-Travel Holidays Pty Ltd or their agents. Redeeming the Major Prize is
conditional on acceptance of the terms and conditions of travel as detailed by
Free-2-Travel Holidays Pty Ltd and the airline carriers in accordance with normal travel
practices.
20. The Major Prize winner and their companions are responsible for ensuring that they
have valid passports, any requisite visas, vaccinations and travel documentation. The
Major Prize winner and their companions will be responsible for any expenses incurred
in obtaining necessary travel documentation, including any fines or penalties incurred
as a result of not having the requisite travel documentation. The Major Prize winner
and their companions must depart from and return to the same departure point and
travel together. The Major Prize winner acknowledges and agrees that the Major Prize
winner and their companions will be required to share rooms. Itinerary to be
determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion. Frequent flyer points will not
form part of the Major Prize. The Major Prize winner may be required to present their
credit card at time of accommodation check in. During the entire duration of the Major
Prize, a nominated parent/guardian must accompany any person under 18 years of
age.
21. If the Major Prize winner misses any of the arranged flights or any other travel
components, the Major Prize winner will forfeit the missed component/s of the Major
Prize (at the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion).
22. The Major Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and
service providers. Redemption letters will be provided to the Major Prize winner for the
accommodation and Universal Studios Singapore elements of the Major Prize outlining
specific terms and conditions for the redemption of these elements of the Major Prize.
Advance reservation of at least thirty (30) working days is required for the
accommodation and Universal Studios Singapore elements of the Major Prize and are
both subject to availability. Only the original redemption letters will be accepted for the
accommodation and Universal Studios Singapore elements of the Major Prize and the
redemption letters will be subjected to verification at the time of visit. Extension of the
redemption validity period is not permissible. Patial redemption of the accommodation
and Universal Studios Singapore elements of the Major Prize is not permitted. The
redemption letters are not exchangeable for cash and cannot be used in conjunction
with any other promotions. The redemption letters are neither replaceable nor
refundable whether in whole or in part, even in cases of inclement weather. The
redemption letters are not for sale or retail. In the event of a no show, the redemption
letters will be deemed as forfeited.
23. Resorts World Sentosa reserves the right not to accept a redemption letter that has or
appears to have been forged, damaged, defaced or otherwise tampered. Resorts
World Sentosa reseves the right to reject acceptance of the redemption letter subject
to capacity. Resorts World Sentosa will not accept responsibility for claims, demands,
losses, costs or expenses or liability of any kind whatsoever. Resorts World Sentosa
reserves the rights to change their terms and conditions at any time without prior
notice.
24. Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason a winner does not
take/redeem a prize at/by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize will be
forfeited.
25. In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency, pandemic or any other kind of
disaster, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the
promotion or suspend, substitute or modify a prize, subject to any written directions
from a relevant regulatory authority.
26. If any prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to
substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any
written directions from a regulatory authority.
27. Minor Prize winners are responsible for ensuring that all prize delivery details provided
are correct. The Promoter will not be liable for any costs associated with re-delivery of
a Minor Prize, should the delivery details provided by a winner be incorrect.
28. The total prize pool is valued at up to $19,278.73.
29. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless
otherwise specified.
30. A draw for any unclaimed prizes may take place on 14/07/25 at the same time and
place as the original draw, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority.
Winners, if any, will be notified email and phone within two (2) business days of the
draw and their details (initial, surname and postcode) will be published at
www.paulspromo.com.au/minions from 21/07/25.
31. Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the
event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in
any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting
this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured,
distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
32. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as
reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the
Promoter, including but not limited to a pandemic, government directive, technical
difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its
sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any entrant; or
(b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend,
terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
33. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s
responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.

that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all
entries submitted by that entrant invalid.
The Promoter assumes no responsibility for:
(a) any error, omission, interruption, or delay in the operation or transmission of any
communication sent to (or by) the Promoter or any entrant whether caused by
problems with communication networks or lines, computer systems, software or
internet service providers, congestion on any carrier network or otherwise;
(b) any theft, destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of such
communications;
(c) any problem with, or technical malfunction of, any computer system or other
equipment used for the conduct of the promotion;
(d) any incorrect or incomplete information which may be communicated in the
course of the administering this promotion (whether as a result of one of the
foregoing causes or otherwise); or
(e) any delay in delivery (when not directly caused by the Promoter or its supplier),
or failure of safe delivery of a prize.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit,
exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under
the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), as well as any other implied warranties
under the Australian Securities and Investments Commission Act 2001 (Cth)
or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia
(“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded,
including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective
officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any
personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct,
indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.
Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable
Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is
not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal
injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect,
special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or
equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft,
unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late,
lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the
Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any
variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability
incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of / taking of the prize.
As a condition of accepting the Major Prize, the winner (and their companions) must
sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by the Promoter and/or
Major Prize suppliers in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal
release and indemnity form. In the event winner’s companion is under the age of 18, a
nominated parent/legal guardian of such person will be required to sign the legal
documentation required under this clause on their behalf.
39. The Promoter collects personal information ("PI") in order to conduct the promotion
and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to
agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian
regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this PI. The Promoter will also
use and handle PI as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at

pdf. In addition to any use that may be outlined in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, the
Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the PI for
promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending
electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. The Privacy Policy also contains
information about how entrants may opt out, access, update or correct their PI, how
entrants may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other
applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with. All entries become the
property of the Promoter. Unless otherwise indicated by the Promoter, the Promoter
may disclose PI to entities outside of Australia (for a list of the countries, see the
Promoter’s Privacy Policy), and cannot guarantee that any overseas recipient will not
breach the Australian Privacy Principles. By entering the promotion entrants consent
to the overseas transfer on these terms as permitted by the Australian Privacy
Principles and agree that the Promoter is not liable in this regard.
